  Quick service. 2 counter ladies were efficient and friendly. I changed my reservation to return here instead of home after buying a car. They checked the computer notes and got me out in 10-15 minutes. Thank you!

  Nice, clean comfortable ride. Customer service was great in person. Only issue at all was I could never get a answer when I called no matter the time of day.

  Horrible people at the front, deserved a car online (called ahead of time asked specifically if debt is okay to use and if I’m a within a few hours of the reservation time if that’s okay) was told yes it’s fine they hold them for a few hours anyway. Okay I get there I’m told I can’t use debt without providing a receipt of utilities which ok fine so I tell them give me 15 mins I’ll go call and get an email sent to me and provide it which im told that’s fine after waiting 45 mins in line past my reservation time anyway. So I get the email come back the lady goes around pulls a different vehicle and I tell her this isn’t what I reserved and she says “it’s all we have you missed your time) I explain I called ahead of time and was told different etc which I’m told “that’s not our problem this is all we have do you want it or not” I say sure because I didn’t really have a choice to which I’m then charged 300$ for a security deposit which I also wasn’t told about so something that was only supposed to be $188 went to $488 so I told them never mind and walked out. Horrible experience I will never use this chain again.
