  Customer service and staff was excellent. My only complaint is the car seats. It would be nice if they were already installed that was kind of a hassle a 8pm to get them in. But my biggest complaint is how cheap they are. I rented 2 @ 90$ apiece. Those car seats probably 90$ brand new. I did not feel safe with at all. They weighed less than 5 lbs. Super disappointed with the car seat quality. Enterprise could definitely spend a little extra, I could tell they get plenty of use.

  While the team here tries under hot, crowded conditions, the follow up and attempt to resolve their mistake has been anything short of a comedy of ridiculous waste of time. At the Enterprise booth they have Enterprise, Alamo and National cars, so my for my Enterprise reservation they entered my National Emerald Number on their own and will not change it despite 4 attempted calls to customer service and 2 to the location itself. I give up. The lack of follow through from their people and the National customer service representatives are what made me write this review. Car was fine, service during and return service was fine. But again, despite the heat, and ridiculous small area they were climbing all over each other, THEY changed my enterprise number to National Emerald number on An Enterprise rental agreement and refuse to fix it. Disappointing. So beware

  I had an extremely disappointing experience with Enterprise. When I tried to return my rental vehicle, I discovered it wasn’t even provided to me with a full tank of gas, yet I was expected to return it full. To make matters worse, the vehicle also had existing damage. Before and after pictures of the gas, 190 miles until empty upon pickup, then 350 until empty after I filled it. When I brought these issues to the employees’ attention and asked for a different vehicle, they refused to accommodate me. Instead of resolving the problem, I was left frustrated and inconvenienced. A rental company should provide clean, well-maintained vehicles in the condition they advertise and handle customer concerns professionally. Unfortunately, this location failed on both counts. I would not recommend renting from this Enterprise location based on my experience.
