- TGTrevion GarrisonJul 13, 20261.0Changed my oil on my brand new 2022 Nissan rouge didn’t add the right amount of oil in the car got home and checked it the oil was super low wasn’t any oil on the stick they towed the vehicle up to the shop and tried to blame us for they’re mistake it’s wrong on so many levels these people are killing the automotive industry 1 car at a time the absolute worst experience in life from a mega oil change store the manager Billy didn’t want to do anything to make this situation right I went to corporate they didn’t care to reach out to us they didn’t care at all they are the worst company ever don’t ever take your vehicles to them go to your dealership at least they will make sure that the vehicle is well maintained these guys are rookies who don’t care and more get away from this company while you can people they can’t keep people and the turn over rate is not good be aware and now they think it’s a game they don’t care about this situation nor are they trying to make it right corporate hasn’t reached out to resolve the matter and now express oil is on my post playing in my face I’ve called corporate no one called back I’ve called the regional manager Billy and I’ve talked to the store manager Jason still no help to make it right this is so wrong on so many levels
