  I did a lot of research trying to find where would be the best place to rent a car for a week long trip. After looking at several options I decided to go with enterprise because I liked the way their website was set up and I had used them once before and had a good experience. I am so glad that I did. I was terrified from reading different reviews of places that there would be an issue with the car or they would not have what I needed or something like that and thankfully, there was no problems at all with Enterprise. I suppose I can not speak for all branches everywhere. But the one in Gardendale could not have been any better. I was treated with respect and kindness, they got me in and out as soon as they could while also being diligent. I would 100% rent from them again and would recommend them to anyone else who asks as well. All the billing was straight up, no surprises when I got there, truly could not have asked for a better experience.

  the vehicle was waiting on me and it was in fantastic shape; no rattles or clicks; smooth turning radius and it had adaptive cruise control!

  Extremely disappointed with the service. I booked a reservation online. They called to say my reserved vehicle wasn’t available and offered a smaller one. I went into the office, and they confirmed my reservation was still active before I left. An hour later, I called to confirm my arrival time for the next morning and was told my reservation had been canceled. They admitted they booked three additional reservations after canceling mine, leaving me with no vehicle available. This shows a complete disregard for honoring reservations and basic customer accountability.
