  I couldn't have had a better experience. Best rental car experience ive ever had. Thanks to the Entire Gardendale Staff. The Manager and The two Former UAB Football players took care of my rental after switching my reservation location. I will be going to this location again. Thanks Guys

  Booked a reservation online for an SUV that could accommodate 6 people, when I arrived there were no SUV's on site. The assistant manager Fish? explained they had called around to other locations and there just were not any available but he could offer me a minivan. I was not keen on the idea, but the van was cheaper and after going and taking a look at it, it was a very nice looking vehicle on the inside. Leather interior, captains chairs in the middle row, very spacious storage in the back, essentially checking off all the boxes i had for renting in the first place, so i agreed to take it. There were some additional fees, and a deposit i wasn't expecting, which is my fault for not reading everything, but Fish also helped me get those to a reasonable amount. He was very helpful and did everything he could to make sure I was happy when I left. The van rode very well and comfortably to the beach without any issues. I will definitely use them again when I need to rent for a trip.
