  Elliott and Ruben were extremely helpful! They handled my oil change, got me a new air filter, and new windshield wipers and all was done in just a few minutes! Definitely recommend them!

  Elliott, Benjamin, & Dakota were super great with my service! They were all very detailed & usually I feel pressured to get other services while I'm at a different oil change place, & they didn't push or apply pressure for me to get other services done but they gave me a quote sheet & let me know some things that were helpful with taking care of my car. They were super friendly & had my oil changed in less than 20 minutes! They also aired up my tires for me before I left!

  I had an oil leak following a previous service and arrived at this location on George Wallace Drive late in the day. Even though it was close to closing time, the team stayed late to find the source of the leak, correct the problem, and replace everything necessary at no charge. They also provided complimentary oil changes and asked what else they could do to make up for the inconvenience. When I requested a tire rotation, they gladly arranged to do that for free when I returned the following day. They allowed me to come into the service area, inspect my vehicle, and see exactly where the oil had been leaking. I also mentioned that my rear windshield washer was leaking inside the vehicle. They discovered that the washer hose had simply become disconnected and fixed it for me at no charge. Store Manager Patrick was extremely helpful and considerate throughout the entire situation. He recommended getting the vehicle washed to remove the oil residue and assured me that he would contact the other Express Oil Change location, support what had happened, and help ensure I was reimbursed for the car wash. Assistant Service Manager Dakota was also exceptionally kind and helpful. He personally handled my oil change, which gave me additional confidence that everything would be done carefully and correctly. The team also offered several helpful recommendations concerning my vehicle without pressuring me. Mistakes can happen, but the way this location responded truly impressed me. Patrick, Dakota, and the rest of the team went above and beyond to correct the issue and make sure I was taken care of. Their professionalism, honesty, and customer service earned this five-star review, and I would absolutely recommend this location.
