  The Southside/ Rainbow City location has always taken care of my work and personal rentals. They are always very quick to help and and take the time to make sure everything is okay before and after each rental.

  I wasted} money taking Uber to see this place. They use a third-party service to verify my address it didn't matter I had my license. They wouldn't rent me a car because whatever service they use couldn't verify my address. I rent a room and I don't pay the utility bills in my name without utility bills in my name they refused to rent a car to me. that's ridiculous. I had triple bypass surgery 2 weeks ago and my friend with me has COPD and we were left to go walking in the heat a half a mile to where we could make other arrangements.

  Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The car was clean and dependable. The hours of operation made it easy for me to pick up and drop off the car.
