  Gadsden Enterprise is the best. Always pleasant, professional people to help and the cars are nice. Definitely my go to rental place when I need a car.

  They are great! I didn't have the exact type of car that we rented ready to go even though we checked in an hour and a half before we went to pick it up. but they always do great and we're generally very pleased when we went from Enterprise in Gadsden

  Waste of time, go else where! I have made five vehicle reservations at the Gadsden location over the past several months. Each time I make a reservation, it says they have that vehicle available. I have learned to call ahead of time to ensure the vehicle will be there and ready, because every time I go to check in, they tell me that vehicle was already booked by someone else or that it's just not available. This has happened five times; it's absolutely ridiculous. Worst rental company I have ever come across. What a joke.

  We had another excellent experience with Enterprise in Gadsden, and I especially want to recognize Chris for the outstanding customer service he provided. We are repeat customers of this location, and there’s a reason we continue to come back. After having some less-than-great experiences with another Enterprise location in the past, the Gadsden team has completely changed our impression of the company. Every experience here has been professional, friendly, and easy from start to finish. Chris went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything went smoothly. Great customer service can be hard to find these days, and Chris is exactly the kind of person who makes you want to continue doing business with a company. We will absolutely continue using the Gadsden Enterprise for our rental needs. If you're looking for a location that treats its customers well and makes the rental process as stress-free as possible, this is the one to use.   I had a great experience with Enterprise. The car was great, clean, and exactly what I needed for my trip. The customer service was also very good, and the staff was helpful and professional. To be honest, I was a little worried before renting because I had read some reviews about people being overcharged or having bad experiences. Since it was my first time renting a car, I was a little afraid of being cheated. But thankfully, everything went smoothly. There were no unexpected problems or charges, and the whole process was straightforward. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience and would definitely rent from them again. Thank you for the great service!
