  Came in to get my car checked for a big trip I’m taking. It took the team 10 mins to look over everything and verify everything looks good. Aired up my tires. Expectations were very much exceeded and I appreciate y’all so much!

  I brought my truck in for a routine oil change about 2 months ago. Prior to that service, I had no issues with the drain plug or oil pan. After the oil change, I discovered that the oil drain plug threads are now severely damaged. I removed the plug myself and confirmed that the threads are stripped and deformed, which is consistent with overtightening or cross-threading during installation. I also have clear photos documenting the damage. This is not normal wear and tear—it occurred as a direct result of the service performed. A basic oil change should not lead to damage of the oil pan threads. I reached out to the shop to give them the opportunity to make it right, and I am expecting a proper repair, such as a professional thread repair (Time-Sert or equivalent) or replacement of the oil pan if necessary. I’m posting this to document the issue and will update this review based on how the situation is handled. I would prefer to resolve this directly and professionally, but I do expect accountability for the damage caused. And the oil filter was not tight and leaked all over my driveway. TERRIBLE

  I have been to this Jiffy Lube twice and the people are so professional and so nice! They explain everything to you. The waiting room is clean and has coffee and water. And I found a good coupon on their website!

  Stopped in for a quick oil change. Was the only vehicle, took about an hour. They kept pulling things off the vehicle to ask for extra services to be done, when asking why certain things needed to be changed the mechanics couldn't answer why it needed to be done or how long it would take. Making me feel very uneasy about any work getting done, so I passed. Finally get out of there, and hear something dragging under the vehicle and get out to check & see they didn't even put everything back together correctly! Thank goodness I had the windows down in order to hear it, couldn't imagine the damage it would have caused if I didn't. We need to concentrate on performing a correct oil change from beginning to end before adding any more services & breaking down a vehicle more than is needed or requested.
