- JHJames Hafner1 day ago1.0Went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. Left with a broken car Oil change went fine and so did the tire rotation. They said there was a small leak in my upper radiator hose, which they were fixing with glue. Called me out later and said they broke the radiator. I was shocked but they said they were going to fix it for free so I was a little mad but ok with it. That changed the next day when my lower hose came loose and poured out coolant. They tried to tell me someone tampered with it while the only one who worked on that part was them. The mechanic I talked to the second time I came in to fix the lower hose tried to tell me I or someone else tampered with the clamp. He also said the radiator was already cracked even though the day prior the manager said they were the ones who broke it. They tried several times to turn the issues around on me. I do not appreciate that kind of business. I will never do business with them ever again.
