  Excellent service. Employees are engaged with their customers like they love their job! That’s a big deal. Happy employees bring return customers. Marlena was amazing, very attentive and professional.

  I had an issue with my tire and brought it in to get fixed. I had to go after work so it was around 5:25 when I got there and they closed at 6:00! Jake was very polite and said he had several that they were trying to work on and get out but assured me that they would make sure to look at it and do their best to get me fixed up and back on the road! I appreciate him not turning me away for coming in so late! Special shoutout to Jake, Jason(or Justin) and Dillon for the best service and customer satisfaction!

  I went to the Express Oil on Highway 181 in Fairhope, Alabama. Jake & Marlena were awesome! Marlena greeted me at my car In such a personable and kind way. She really made me feel like this was going to be a place that would take care of me. Then, Jake came and sat in the lobby next to me to talk to me about my car. He told me to leave it with him, and he would run a couple of tests, and was confident he could fix my air conditioner and that it was not going to be a big deal. I felt like I was respected, and I was going to get an honest evaluation of my car and an honest price. And that is exactly what happened! This is specifically a review for the Express Oil on Highway 181 in Fairhope, Alabama. They are awesome! Thank you, Jake and Marlena!
