Jeff was very kind. Even though I was only getting air in my tires, he treated me as if I was getting a premium service. Fairfield Express Oil Change will always be my stop for oil change and other services.

No one was there being serviced, I didnt even see any other cars. There were 3 ways to get to the location. I stopped to pull out my wallet and guy walks out to my car to tell me I'm blocking the area. So I said how much is an oil change? He said I have to tell you up there at the building. I was gonna ask you up there I stopped to pull out my wallet. I was like so you just walked out here to tell me to move with no one around. Like 3 or 4 guys standing around in an unoccupied bay. A nice walk out to my car tell me to move and when I ask about services was rude. I really feel like they were afraid they were gonna have to do some work so I left.
