- ARA RayJul 28, 20261.0I used to love this car wash. This week a young blonde girl changed that. I had just been last week and was offered a 13.00 wash. I opted for the 19.00 wash. This week I asked for the 13.00 wash and was told they didn’t have one. Then I asked when they stopped, she said “months ago”.. Then she made a big deal about my tool box on my truck that had again been through hundreds of time. I was actually charged 13.00? Why lie? Why the attitude. The car wash itself is run by a bunch of young ppl that don’t care and don’t do a good job. Streaks all over my windows. I also asked to get the bugs off my car. They didn’t but did watch me do it after I paid and ran thru. One blonde boy is kind and seems to work but can’t do it all. Won’t be back!

This morning was the 3rd time it has happened to me. Sitting in line at 8:00 . Nobody came to say we won’t be able to operate at this time. Just leaves everyone wondering why are they not operating when the sign says open.!!!

If I pay good, expect well clean my car from outside. Do NOT try out their Membership. I tried $10 for one month. I specifically told, I just wanted to try out. They had my CC information, I've been charged every month's till this month.( i was away from the town had familyemergency) I went to speak Manager in duty, wasn't helpful. He said he CAN'T do anything about. Didn't give Refund. Highly Disappointed
