  I recently had a very positive experience with this Enterprise location. The staff was incredibly professional and went above and beyond to accommodate my hectic work schedule. Despite strict company protocols, they were understanding and worked with me when I was running slightly late for my pickup, which I truly appreciated. Throughout the process, all expectations and rental terms were explained clearly. We did encounter a slight moment of confusion regarding the fuel charge at the end of our trip; although we returned the vehicle with over a quarter tank of gas, the internal sensor registered a lower amount. While we were a bit disappointed that we didn't quite meet the return standard, the employee did an excellent job of explaining the discrepancy and the associated charges to the best of their ability. The return process itself was seamless and efficient. I highly recommend this location for their friendly, accommodating staff and their commitment to customer service.

  “Tyler at Enterprise Rent-A-Car is hands down the BEST manager I’ve ever dealt with. From start to finish, he was nothing but respectful, professional, and on point—never once gave me any attitude. I had a few minor issues, and he handled them immediately with no hesitation. That kind of customer service is rare these days! He truly goes above and beyond for his customers. Definitely MANAGER OF THE YEAR in my book—I highly recommend working with him!”

  The car was fantastic. The customer service is not up to par in comparison to other enterprise rental services. Rental was from Thursday afternoon and wanted to drop it off Sunday evening. All 3 office employees at once started telling me I can return it until Monday morning because no one will be there Sunday evening and they don't have a drop box due to theft. I said, this is very inconvenient for me. I have to be at work Sunday night, after I drop off the car. They absolutely were not willing to do anything to help the situation. There attitude was, you can return it Monday morning or not rent it at all. By this time, I am already in a pinch. I need the vehicle because I have my 80&79yr old parents with me. I have never had this issue renting from any rental company. One thing is for sure. I will never ever recommend this enterprise rental car. Ever.
