  I love Valvoline they don't check everything that needs to be checked. They would top all your fluids. They put air in your tires. If you need it they will even help you Find deals to save you money

  I went to this location for a routine oil change on 6/10/2026. On the afternoon of 6/15/2026, I noticed something hanging underneath my vehicle and immediately took it back to Valvoline to have them look at it. The technicians insisted that my skid plate had been properly secured during the oil change. However, because I had been driving the car in that condition for several days, the skid plate was already damaged, and they told me they had to zip-tie it back to the vehicle. They explicitly assured me everything was safe. Today, 7/1/2026, I took my car to the Toyota dealership for new tires. During the vehicle inspection, the dealership found oil all over the undercarriage of my car and noted that the oil gasket was completely missing. Not only did I drive for days with a hanging skid plate, but I have also been unknowingly leaking oil for weeks after being assured everything was fixed and safe. I am highly disappointed in the service I received. I have trusted this establishment with my oil changes for over two years. To be lied to about my vehicle's safety is unacceptable. I will be contacting local management today to ensure this is made right.

  My experience was awesome. The store Manager, Greg Did an amazing job and went above and beyond. This was my first experience here and I will definitely be coming back. The store manager made my visit amazing and they all worked so hard and so professional.

  Instant is a joke I waited over an hour. When they finally finished i go down the road my car was smoking like it was on fire . I pulled back up my car skipping they had over filled the oil didn't drain old oil out they evac it wonder if this isn't a way to add less oil. I don't trust these folks and hope No one else will save yourself some problems go somewhere else

  Every time I’ve gone the change has been super quick the Valvoline team has gone above and beyond and shown extreme knowledge in their jobs as well as being some of the most polite human beings I’ve ever dealt with in my life. They will be the only people that change the oil in my vehicles as long as they are around. Absolutely love the Dothan valvoline crew and I can’t recommend them enough
