  Not a well managed store. Appt was scheduled outside the area on a Tuesday, was called day before at 1700 that technicians only service that area on Mondays. Company rescheduled appt following day at store location in Dothan. Arrived at scheduled time only to be told they had no windshield for me because orders for glass were made previous day at 1430. So why schedule an appt for someone to drive 45 miles just to be told that they dont know why the appt was even made when they glass orders are submitted at 1430 previous day? Again, store is not being managed properly and with minimal consideration to customers. A lot of area for improvement if a store ever need some.

  Booked a windshield replace. After waiting 4 days. They cancelled my appointment. No call. When you call, it directs you back to the website. The one you use to set the appointment that they'll cancel. Then you get to chat with a bot to try and rectify the problem. I'll pay extra for a local install. These guys think they're too big to worry about losing customers.
