I didn’t want to risk driving back to Birmingham on it, so I made an appointment for a brake inspection at Mavis on Ross Clarke. I was 15 minutes early but they took my car right back and started the inspection. It wasn’t crowded or a very long wait. The technician confirmed and showed me that the rear brakes were unevenly wore down and needed replacement. I was in a time crunch so I asked if they would be able to replace the brakes by 3:30. Mia said they would try and if not they could take me to pickup my eldest daughter. Everyone was really nice to me and my youngest daughter while we waited. The technician completed the work by 3:05, which was great. I was able to pickup my eldest daughter, and we were back on the road home. This wasn’t the trip I had planned, but at least the issues were handled with care, professionalism and kindness. Thank you Mia, Robert and staff!
