  Zac is an amazing technician. He kept me informed throughout the whole process and is incredibly professional. 10/10 would recommend and is an absolute asset to the express oil change team. I will be back

  Quick and Friendly service that knows what they’re doing… And when they say 10 minute oil change they mean it, and they mean to do it well.

  I got a oil change on June 2 2026 by the manager Dave at the express oil in Dothan Alabama on west main later on that day my car completely stopped in the middle of the road my car went into not ready drive mode I had to get my car towed to a mechanic and my mechanic found that my air filter that Dave had checked earlier that day a piece of it had got broken and it went into my throttle body causing my car not to drive at all I was out of my car for a whole week. I contacted Dave and told him what happened and he said I need a statement description which my mechanic wrote up and Dave wanted a picture of the broken piece of air filter which my mechanic didn’t take a picture of that but that was the cause of my car not starting at all ! I had to pay out of pocket to get my car fixed I go to this oil place and get a oil change this is the only place I have let do my oil since I bought my car but they aren’t don’t want even reimburse me for what they caused . My air filter was not broken before Dave touched it. I would not recommend this place simply bc I was a loyal customer and out of my car for a whole week they couldn’t even give back what I had to spend !

  Zac...though oddly vertical...is well versed and thorough as heck. He was courteous, considerate, abd friendly. Thanks West Main...You guys don't miss.

  The store manager Chris has done a wonderful job with his team of guys. It's always a treat coming to this location and sharing a smile and some laughs with everybody. Great service with a great atmosphere!
