  Don't want to give any stars but forced to! I am absolutely devastated after 3 weeks of being stuck without options due to rain and research. Finally found something with this location high roof cargo van. Set up reservation last night. Woke up to it not showing.called in spoke to Logan. He stated waiting for 4 cargo vans to come in and would call me back. I called back due to having a question. Spencer answered and was rude from the start. Told me they had 1 vehicle come in that had to go to shop and they were waiting for the others and Logan would call me back (8 am) called back at 2pm to see if anything was turned in. Logan said still waiting due to drivers heading in. He called back 5mins later and said he had good news they had the cargo van I requested to head over. I realized on the way that the price was different 370.69 originally and he stated 465.69 (thats with 2 days "free" I called in on my was 45 minutes away and spence said it was not the high roof, they never rent those, and recalls. They have cargo when I arrived it is the compact cargo van and not the one needed, spencer stated for the 2nd time I could go to uhaul. Yet there are 5 or six high roofs in the parking lot. Explained I was just confused especially being charged more for a smaller one. Told him not an option to go anywhere else per my needs. I would rent it due to him saying NO ENTERPRISE WOULD HAVE ANYTHING NEXT WEEK. He then asked me if I had been to penske that I could go there. I advised him after everything and research on availability I needed rent the cargo van. There was no reason to speak to me like he was. He then told and refused to rent to me. I advised him this was dire and needed this and drove 45 mins. There. He said sorry for your luck not renting to you. I asked for his area managers number and name. He said I am the manager Spencer. There is no one above me. Im not renting to you. I am in disbelief how he handled this. Logan was awesome, but Spencer not so much. Disgusted how one can have a power trip and treat someone like this. Im now gonna loose my deceased father's things because of Spencer's actions. I pray area, regional and corporate responds. This is horrible business. Looks like he has done this before reading the reviews!

  The staff was absolutely amazing. The customer service was outstanding. Spencer helped me and answered every question I had before, during, and after. Spencer and Logan were so nice and amazing to me in person also. I would give them 2 guys 5 stars in every department there is. Best customer service I have experienced.

  I needed service in a hurry for a last-minute truck rental and Spencer at the Dothan location even stayed about five minutes after his normal time off to help me. I have already made a reservation for another rental. Thanks !

  Alex and Spencer made me an enterprise customer for life. Patient and hard working and found not only one but two trucks I wanted. I went with the diesel. Mileage and price couldn’t be matched at any other used car dealer. I ended up spending an extra hour and half talking with Alex!!! Made a friend for life and got a great truck!!!!!!!

  Surprising seamless. Mgr Spenser and Logan listened!! They found me exactly what I needed when they didn't even have one when I first inquired. 5 Star rating here. Definitely my future choice again and highly recommend their professional and pleasant accommodations. Thank you
