- GCGriffin Cooley2 days ago3.0The workers were friendly and fine. The experience felt smooth and easy enough. The car they tried to rent to us had a big split in the sidewall of a tire though. It was the only vehicle they had available, and it was relatively obvious damage, that they should've seen and fixed before attempting to rent it to someone. 3 stars isn't negative, it's... meh.

- JSjeffrey SmithOct 6, 20261.0Horrible and incompetent! They failed to provide a vehicle on a confirmed reservation. Clearly could not have cared less about it The most pathetic excuse for customer service ever the manager should be fired Completely unreliable do not do business with this location…ever !!!
- THTerri HudspethSep 18, 20261.0It was nice and wonderful to start i believe her name is Reese. Was very helpful kind to start but It went side ways not what I had expected honestly but got a bulky vehicle not really what we used too I mean I have van but ex father inlaw been in a car good thing he dont drive much. He can handle it. I am sure they talked behind us as well due to me not being prepared. Just kinda sad because it was wonderful to start.
- BMBlack MarilynSep 12, 20261.0CONNER asked to put me on a "brief" hold that lasted 20 minutes just to hang up on me. When i finally got him back on the phone his excuse was "We're really busy." WELL DUH! But, thats no excuse to hang up on a client thats spending THOUSANDS of dollars on your rentals. The very least he couldve done was apologize. My transaction takes 3 minutes to resolve. Have Conner WASH the cars because he has ZERO phone etiquette!
