  The first person I dealt with was snotty. The car was a Mitsubishi which had no power. Thank heavens I only needed it 3 days.

  If I could give zero stars I would. This location has really bad communication skills, especially the female at the counter with the short blonde bob. I reserved and confirmed twice a Jeep Wrangler and when I arrived at 3pm, I was told it was not available, I feel they had plenty of time to call me and let me know, I didn't even receive a courtesy phone call or anything, All I got was a sorry half-ass apology. The Jeep Wagoneer was entirely too big and very uncomfortable to drive. Although, the guy who I returned the vehicle to was very nice.

  Let me start by saying that Connor was amazing. He was friendly and got us out of there as soon as he could. But before our rental date, we got a confirmation call from one of the young ladies, she was very polite and very nice, but when I called back to modify my reservation tphe female that I spoke with was not nice. She talked over me and would not let me explain why I needed to modify my reservation. She told me it would be impossible to get a pickup truck over a minivan, and I may not even get a minivan because they don't know if one is going to be available. Now, mind you, I made my reservation on July 15th, and the reservation was for a minivan on August 1st. In the long run, I ended up calling the 800 number to modify, which was a good experience. On the day of rental, we were very much rushed because they were busy. Connor did his best to get us out of there, but it was stated that he could not put gas in the vehicle because his manager would not let him leave due to it being so busy. That is understandable but I drove out of there on zero gas and had to find a gas station right away. When we got to our house to load our luggage, we put the third row seating down, and it was a mess. There was dog hair all over the vehicle. There were empty McDonald's cups under the third row seating, along with dirty socks and candy wrappers, there was food stuffed in the pockets behind the seats. It was just a mess. Then when I got to my destination in Michigan, I called to modify the reservation once again to extend it by 2 days. The 800 number was amazing, and the young lady told me there would be no problem and my deposit would cover it. On the the first day of the extention, I was getting calls from the location in Alabama, stating that I needed to return it by 10:30am or there were going to be repercussions. I told her I already extended it, and she just did not acknowledge me. I called the location here in Auburn Hills, Michigan and the assistant manager was super helpful and straightened it all out for me. Not before I got an email from the alabama location stating that they were going to get law enforcement involved if I did not turn the vehicle in that came from the Dothan location. I have used enterprise for many years and have never had one bad experience until now. I would not recommend the Montgomery Highway, Dothan location to anybody simply because they are rude, they are inconsiderate, they are not professional and they need lessons in good customer service with the exception of Connor.

  The manager wasn’t kind or courteous. We needed to exchange our vehicle because the back tires were balled. It wasn’t safe to drive. She didn’t say I’m sorry about the inconvenience or anything. It was very poor service. She even told us to go get tires for the vehicle at jiffy lube. That’s not our responsibility to do that but we did anyway because we had to be at a funeral in a couple of hours away from Dothan. So We went to jiffy lube and they didn’t have any tires for the vehicle, then they told to go to Mavis tire service and they didn’t have tires either. It was a complete disaster of poor service from enterprise car rental. However, there was another young lady that was helpful, it seems as though was trying to make up for her managers poor attitude and service. Enterprise rental services is very poor at this location.
