  I will continue to use this location because of the convenience, price and staff. BB, one of their professional friendly employees, has always helped when help was needed. If it weren't for him and the other team members, I would not continue to be a return customer.

  I personally had no issues, but renting a vehicle near the end of the day on a Friday is something I will avoid. Not only did it result in a long wait for us, but there were several people waiting for a vehicle of any type to become available. Most of them went unserved, because no vehicles were available. My advice: reserve your vehicle WELL in advance (weeks in advance if possible), schedule pickup earlier in the day, show up at least a half hour before your scheduled time, and be prepared to wait. The Dothan location doesn't keep a lot of vehicles on standby. They're entirely reliant on renters bringing their vehicles back on time. The employee who helped us was amazing, despite the chaos, and the minivan we rented was far above our expectations. It was a clean, comfortable vehicle, with plenty of acceleration. It made a long interstate ride in 100+ degree weather an absolute joy. We'll definitely use Enterprise again. Just follow the advice in my first paragraph above.

  This branch has change alot over the years. After lossing my car because of a accident. During this stressful time I can honestly say Im very pleased with the current staff. Reese was very energetic and so welcoming. Landon was calm speaking and explained everything well. Bransi did very well in a hostile situation, when my husband was upset about a situation out of everyones control. Rodney is also energetic and connects with the customer as if they are family. He seem very confident in his position which make us feel we are in good hands. I had issues with one vehicle, they switched me out the same day I called. There's hardly no, wait time you're in and out. I use to have an HORRIBLE experience before this crew. So well done on the improvements.

  I had an excellent experience at the enterprise Dothan location. I had last second car trouble while heading to Northern Alabama for a job interview and needed a last second rental car to get up there for the interview and to find housing. Connor Creedon was the upmost professional in aiding me with my rental car, and presented the rental vehicle in such a way that it almost felt like I was watching a play in a theater or a direct advertisement for rental cars. His positive attitude and professionalism really helped brighten my morning, despite my setbacks with my vehicle and long schedule around Northern Alabama. Connor deserves recognition and a raise!

  Great rental experience at Enterprise. The representative who helped check me in, Connor, was so incredibly polite and professional, very helpful and made the check in process great. He explained the vehicle thoroughly and went through the inspection with me in detail. Upon returning the vehicle, the agent was also very helpful and accommodating (I didn't get her name - tall, slender blonde with glasses). Overall a very good experience renting with Enterprise.
