  We scheduled online a week out. Received multiple notifications via email to confirm. Upon arrival at the time listed, the vehicle style we wanted was not available and they would not have a vehicle available until someone turned one in later that day. The lady helping was far from helpful. Kept claiming she called us but had no missed calls. She told us she would call as soon as someone turned one in so we could come get it and at an hour before close (because we were going to be traveling out of town to pick it up), we reached out and she claimed she was just fixing to call because none had come in and they wouldn’t be getting one tomorrow. I would not recommend Enterprise Demopolis.

  Customer service in Demopolis was 10/10! Fast and easy pickup and drop off. Do not recommend Selma AL. They accepted my online booking when they did not have a car for me. Then, told me they could have me a car within the hour so I waited. 1 hour passed by, 2 1/2 hours passed by and still no call. When I called the office back she said well, we have the car but it had to be taken to get tires. At this point I asked how long does this typically take and was told well, Enterprise has to approve the tires before they can be installed. Sometimes it’s a few minutes, sometimes it’s a few hours. I said okay, what am I supposed to do? I’m 1 hr away from the closest location, running late for my reservations out of state and desperately need a vehicle. She VERY RUDELY said let me call Demopolis and put me on hold. Then, after 4 hours of waiting she tells me she transferred my reservation to Demopolis if I was okay driving a van. I’m trying to figure out why I was treated so irrelevantly? My time nor money was important to Selma? Why was my reservation accepted if there were no cars available? Why was I not contacted before 8 am, my pick up time, and told I needed to go to Demopolis for pickup? My families entire first day of our weekend vacation was ruined because of this. We didn’t get to do any of our planned activities due to it taking an additional 6 HOURS to get a car and get on the road due to POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN SELMA AL.

  Arrived for our rental car pickup and was greeted friendly by Koesha at Enterprise. Car was clean and ready to drive! Koesha( not sure if lm spelling correctly) was knowledgeable and Explained all features you can add or waive to make an informative decision . I will definitely return again for our next needs for a car rental! Thanks for all your help!

  My experience with enterprise was great! I rented from demopolis branch and T.J was very helpful and made sure I had all I needed before arriving to pick up the rental! I loved my rental so much when I returned it I asked was there any buying options for the car lol. I will be renting more from u guys in the future
