  My experience with enterprise was great! I rented from demopolis branch and T.J was very helpful and made sure I had all I needed before arriving to pick up the rental! I loved my rental so much when I returned it I asked was there any buying options for the car lol. I will be renting more from u guys in the future

  This has got to be the worst customer service experience I can remember. I tried to call before arriving to return a car and was placed on hold the entire time I was driving there from the yacht basin marina. Then, when I arrived, I was completely ignored as if I was invisible. After waiting about 20 minutes, I stood up and my greeting was I have two other customers. The two other customers were two gentlemen that have been sitting there since I arrived and we’re wearing polos with the enterprise brand. I told her that I had an angry Captain waiting for me and I didn’t even have a ride back. She did not reply, except extend her hand for the keys. No hello, no goodbye. Be aware there are no Ubers or taxis in Demopolis. Thanks to the southern grace of the service parts manager of the Chevrolet dealership there, I was able to get a ride back
