  I shopped online and booked my appointment. When I got to the shop the day of my appointment I was told the tires is chosen were not available but I could order them to be there in a few days. Once I said I would just cancel and go elsewhere, I was offered a better tire at almost the same price. I expected a short wait since I had an appointment but I wasn't really prepared for the three plus hours that I sat there. All in all, I'm pleased with the tires that I got but I'm not sure I'll return to this Tire Discounters.

  Went for a tire balancing and rotating got there at 9:00 and got out at 2:15 I watched it when they finally go me back and did NOT put any tires on tire balancing machine! Just rotated tires? The whole time I was there about every technician was on their phone the whole time was very disappointed with the service I would have went somewhere else but we bought tires there . Will not be purchasing any more tires there .

  I've had two sets of tires put on here - one of which had to be special ordered - and the team here has delivered excellent service both times. Thank y'all - it's good to know that the old school approach to automotive service still exists and thrives in today's fast-paced, tech heavy world.

  The staff is super nice, they were super excited to work on my old 1964 Thunderbird. Prices were fair, they communicated well. I took 2 stars though because when their tech threw my spare in the trunk instead of putting it where it goes, they took out part of my electrical system that controlled my blinkers and my passenger headlight. Im sure its gonna cost me a bit to fix...so yeah 3 stars.

  Terrible pricing everybody do urself a favor and look up the tires your about to buy from them I can just about guarantee you can find them $100 or less somewhere else. Went in for a tire quote, knew the ones I wanted to buy. They carried the brand. I knew what I could get them for, I figured they would be close ..... but they tried to upcharge me $100 more a tire than what I could get them for myself. Tire discounters? They are not. Upcharge tire. Couldn't be a better fit for them.
