  Sellers beware! Shottenkirk offered us one number for our used car to get us to come to the dealership, then turned up some fake “problems” in the inspection and offered half that number in person. After we left, we checked each of the problems they told us the car had, and all proved to be lies. For example, Mike told us the car’s radiator fluid had a leak and was completely empty, and even offered to show us a picture of it. When my husband checked it when we got home, it was completely full - so I’m not sure whose vehicle he planned to show us a picture of. If you plan to sell your used vehicle here, just be sure you know your vehicle inside and out beforehand so that you aren’t taken advantage of!

  This was a pretty big and expensive repair but Amelia made it a low stress and assured me the best was working on it. For her alone, I will return to this dealership! She even came in on her day off to finalize everything!

  Talon took amazing care of the car. He placed the wiper blades on free of charge. It was completed in 10 minutes. I will definitely be coming back for my 100K check up.

  Purchased a new HR-V. Dealership is building a new facility next door but the work has not created any problems with customer service and the entire process of buying a car. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable. Would buy here again and suggest you give them a try before buying elsewhere.

  Had a pleasant experience at the Shottenkirk Honda dealership having my car serviced. I did not have an appointment but they were able to work me in promptly. The dealership is undergoing major renovations so I wasn’t expecting it to be as efficient as it was. I was greeted by a friendly agent, Natalia, immediately and my car was taken right back for service. I was kept informed via text and was able to approve other needed services. Highly recommend!
