  I hate the enterprise in Decatur al you never know if they go have a car or not and it’s sad you can book a reservation and they call the day before and say they want have a rental for you not only do that inconvenience me but also has the potential of messing up a family trip or whatever it is they have planned!! I would’ve gave no stars but some of their employees are very nice and respectful compared to others

  We had reserved a car 2 + weeks ago. We filled out all the paperwork online and checked in the day before like we were supposed too. Got to enterprise on the day and time that we were supposed too and when we got there they did not have a car for us. We did everything we were supposed to and enterprise did not. They screwed us over and could not help us get a car anywhere else even tho it was there mistake! I do not recommend!

  I have used Enterprise exclusively for several years with outstanding service. Kwanzai Hurd was exceptional and helped me during my rental return. Very grateful for your help and will continue to use this office as my go to, one stop, car rental company!
