  I had made a reservation for a pickup truck at Enterprise in Decatur,AL. When it was time to pick the truck up,there wasn’t one available. I knew from previous experiences that this sort of thing happens. The staff(Jim& Chris)put their heads together & figured out that what I needed to haul with the pickup could fit in the back of a minivan. They had one available,it was cheaper than the pickup & it got better fuel mileage,plus it rode better too. Those guys went above & beyond to accommodate me & I’m forever grateful. Thank you guys & thank you Enterprise of Decatur.
