  I’m absolutely done with this location! This is my second time with a terrible experience! I reserved a suv on April 29th for May 1st at 5:30pm. I was running 5 mins late so I called to let them know and they wouldn’t answer the phone! When I arrived they had a staff full of employees and also more employees in the back that were cursing and talking really loud! Upon check in the guy that was in charge said he couldn’t find my reservation then later he found it but said customer service sent my reservation to another location and they called me! I never received a phone call from anyone! I got text messages and also the email to confirm my reservation for this location and everything! I was highly disappointed in the fact that they gave all of their vehicles away I guess and only had to offer me a Malibu a car that I didn’t even reserve nor was it enough room for my travel needs! This location opened up at 8am on Friday so they had plenty of time to call me and let me know they didn’t have a vehicle for me and I could have went elsewhere! It put a damper in my trip I had planned to leave out at 7am on Saturday! This location is not professional at all! I would give zero stars if I could! My bf asked if he would have a suv available for Saturday morning and he’s like maybe. He wasn’t trying to accommodate us only wanted to put us in a Malibu!

  I was a customer thru my insurance company and my representative Gauge was a good guy. I did have a issue or 2 at first but he finally got it going and I was happy. The first vehicle was the issue, but 3 days later I got a 26 f150 with less than 3k miles. It was nice and hey things happen. But I will reuse them.
