  I couldn’t be happier with my experience at this dealership! Chris was an awesome salesperson, and I truly appreciated the service and personal attention I received. I drove from Biloxi, MS, after being in contact with three other dealerships—including one that wanted me to pay extra for the mats already in the vehicle. Cough, cough… VW of Mobile. It was absolutely worth the trip! I highly recommend driving the extra miles—you won’t be disappointed. Thank you, Chris and the team, for a great experience! Chris hoover and Chris Phillips.

  Do not buy a car here. Sold my friend a truck that was a lemon. and although given every opportunity to do the right thing, are fighting her, leaving her financially exposed to a $16,000 engine replacement. Here’s her post “I bought a 2018 F-150 from Kia of Daphne in March with 100,718 miles and a lift kit already installed. Because it was a higher-mileage, “as is” truck, their finance department sold me a $4,000 Fidelity service agreement. A few months later, the truck needs an approximately $16,000 engine replacement. It has been at a Ford dealership for nearly two months. After I supplied maintenance records and Fidelity inspected it, I was told the repair would be covered. Then the existing lift and the truck’s mileage became issues. Now I’m being told the plan may not cover the engine at all. The dealership’s own listing shows the lift, and its paperwork shows the mileage. If either made the truck ineligible, why was I sold this service agreement? I’ve been offered a refund of what I’ve paid toward the coverage, but still have no clear written explanation. Management also failed to return a promised call. I’m keeping the paperwork and requesting the coverage decision in writing. Based on this experience, I would not buy another vehicle from Kia of Daphne or Volkswagen of Daphne. If you’re buying a service agreement, get written confirmation that it covers your specific vehicle and modifications before paying for it.”

  Brandon was our sales guy today and he was great. We had our newborn with us and he was very patient with us, got us in the car wanted, and just overall a great experience.

  ★ 1-Star Review for Daphne Volkswagen Extremely disappointing experience. I will not be returning to Daphne Volkswagen. I brought my vehicle to Daphne Volkswagen for a SCHEDULED 20,000-mile service, a recall involving the instrument cluster, and a 150-point inspection. What should have been a 1-day, straightforward service visit turned into a frustrating 2 day experience. Because of the lack of communication, on day 2 of them having my vehicle, I had to miss a doctor’s appointment && incurred an additional day of rental costs due to the dealership CLOSING WITH MY CAR with no notice/communication. It gets worse, when I went to get my vehicle on day 2, I was advised that my vehicle had not been touched!! Despite me making an appointment the day prior. I am still beyond livid. The excuse I was given by the service “manager” for them keeping my car and not contacting me is that someone went home sick LOL!! As if an internal workforce issue had anything to do with them keeping my vehicle overnight and failing to communicate with me and not answering when I REPEATEDLY called to check the status, prior to them closing. I requested that the 150-point inspection fee be waived as a goodwill gesture, considering the circumstances, but that was declined as well by both the sales “manager” and Craig Valenti. I’ve since had an experience with Volkswagen of Mobile, and the difference in customer service has been noticeable. That experience reinforced for me that what happened at Daphne Volkswagen was not simply “how dealerships operate.” I am extremely disappointed with this dealership and will not use Daphne Volkswagen for future service or recommend them to others. There are other Volkswagen dealerships where I can spend my money and have confidence that my vehicle and my time will be treated with respect. The sales manager told me that “things happen” and I just have to deal with the way I was treated and to move on.. I did move on, to the GM, Craig Valenti via email.. who basically advised that I was SOL with getting a resolution. Never again will I use VW of Daphne. Im grateful for VW of Mobile, although I live in Daphne ‼️
