They gave me a quote and communicated well with me during the repair. When I went to pick it up they were honest and only had one leak to repair and the overall job saved me just over $1000 than what I was orginally quoted. Their honesty is why I keep going back and they have been the only one I have taken my vehicle to in over 10 years. Thank you!

I was told that I would receive a phone call that day which I did not. I proceeded to call them and they assured me that they would call me the following morning with a report on parts and they did not. I got a call from them much later in the afternoon and I was unable to answer the call. They did not leave a voicemail with any information. I am done with them. And for the record PelcTire and Auto Service is wonderful
