  After being a long time customer of the previous owner of this location I decided to try Tuffy out. We needed a repair done and parts were ordered. I was told that I would receive a phone call that day which I did not. I proceeded to call them and they assured me that they would call me the following morning with a report on parts and they did not. I got a call from them much later in the afternoon and I was unable to answer the call. They did not leave a voicemail with any information. I am done with them. And for the record PelcTire and Auto Service is wonderful

  Extremelly expensive. They quoted me more than 1600 to replace a ac compreaaor on a 2014 chevy sonic. I went to Parrish. Same service 420 usd.

  I received a coupon a few weeks ago for an Oil Change and drove by this place. It's conveniently located. The man that came out to greet me was very friendly and said they would honor the coupon even though I didn't look in my car thoroughly for it. He even offered to rotate my tires for free. They got me in and out in a Jiffy and it didn't cost too much. My Oil looks good after I checked it. The man that rang me out was friendly as well. Overall, I had a pleasant experience.

  I can't say enough good things about Sean and the team at Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center. Shortly after purchasing a vehicle, I brought it in for four new tires, balancing, and an alignment. While I was there, Sean took the time to pull up the CarFax report and walk through the vehicle's maintenance history with me. He helped me understand what maintenance had already been completed and what to expect in the future, including oil changes and CVT fluid service. What impressed me most was his honesty. Many shops would have seen an opportunity to create a list of "urgent" repairs, but Sean did the opposite. He confirmed that the vehicle had been well maintained, explained what to keep an eye on, and never tried to sell me anything unnecessary. That kind of integrity is rare and greatly appreciated. Today I brought in my teenage daughter's car for an inspection. Once again, there was no pressure and no sales pitch. Sean noted a few minor items that could be addressed eventually, but nothing urgent. He also discovered that the O2 sensor had simply become unplugged. He plugged it back in, and the check engine light immediately went off. What makes that especially noteworthy is that several months ago I took the same car to another shop because of the check engine light and was told the O2 sensor needed to be replaced for approximately $320. Sean's diagnosis saved us from an unnecessary repair and expense. Honest mechanics are worth their weight in gold. Tuffy has earned my trust, and they will continue to have my business.
