  Recently bought a 2026 Silverado 1500 RST. Cliff Stapleton was my Sales Person. He did an excellent job of explaining all the features and was very professional in reviewing any questions i had. Thanks for the very good job in making me feel very pleased with my purchase. In the future when i need a new vehicle i will always go to Terry Thompson Chevrolet because of employees like Cliff.

  Wonderful experience with Online Purchase, didn’t have to step foot on the car lot until it was time to test drive and do the paperwork. Told them what I wanted and the out the door price! It was all met.

  Well, my salesman had the truck out front, ready for me to check out and drive. He went over all the benefits of buying the truck at Terry Thompson Chevrolet, which I liked the free oil changes for 5 years.

  Had some trouble with my car and Blair in service helped me take care of it! But the star of the show is Pistol, the shuttle guy. He shuttled me back and forth from Enterprise multiple times and was funny, very helpful, professional, and overall made an extremely stressful situation so much better! Pistol deserves to be recognized!

  Sooo I bought a vehicle from a great salesman but the service team is horrible. I took my vehicle in to have my ac fixed & supposedly another part for $3000. My next oil change came up.. my ac quit me again… I mention it and they go on to say there were more parts broken a leak and so forth. But another man was on the phone telling multiple people they were not able to fixed their vehicle ac due to the machine being down… the completely drained my Freon. (It was checked before I went) and after. And wanted me to pay another 3000 to fix everything. I ask to speak to the supervisor and he wouldn’t even come out the office. But did about 30 minutes later for coffee. There was another customer there screaming at the guy saying they had his car 3 weeks and hadn’t even changed the oil. The place is nothing but scammers. They don’t fix anything or even try. I’m giving my free oil changes up that come with the truck because they are HORRIBLE. I will not go back and advise everyone do not have anything worked on here!
