  They are unprofessional They had me driving 1 1/2 hours away from home they lied like i got approve for a loan with no money down get all the way down they act like they didn’t know i was coming they just unprofessional everybody in one room on there phone why the finance person running your credit so that means everybody know your information very unprofessional

  My review is for the service provider Nancy Drummond. Nancy worked with me through problems I had with the dealership I purchased from. Nancy never cared where the vehicle was purchased, just that it was her job to get the service completed. After the experience with Nancy at Tameron, I will be doing business with them in the future.

  Tameron Honda Eastern Shore delivered exceptional service and helped me accomplish exactly what I needed: lower my monthly payment and move into a more practical vehicle. After several major life changes, my 2020 Mercedes-Benz C300 no longer made financial sense for me. Amber Ferrari reached out and invited me to explore my options. Josh O’Brien then walked me through the entire process with no pressure. He listened to what I needed, explained my options clearly, and made the experience easy. William Jackson and the finance team worked the numbers and lowered my monthly payment by about $150. I left in a brand-new 2026 Honda Accord SE with a lower payment and a vehicle that is easier to own and maintain. It's also a pleasure to drive! From Amber’s initial outreach to Josh’s guidance and William’s work in finance, the entire team focused on solving my problem rather than simply selling me a car. I would gladly do business with Tameron Honda Eastern Shore again and recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership that puts the customer first.

  This what is my second vehicle I have bought from Tamara Honda Eastern Shores. Jaxson Moore Was a dream come true sells person which they call product specialist. It was the first time that I had ever met Jaxson, and it will not be the last if he continues to work at Tameron Honda . He was very friendly and took his time to explain every question I had asked. If he did not know the answer, he found the answer for me and my wife. I traded vehicles and Jackson made sure I got a fair trade for the very good used vehicle that I bought here before. I cannot believe how easy and comfortable Jaxson made us feel. There was no high pressure whatsoever, only smiles and kindness with lots of patience as we figured out what we wanted. We test drove at least three different vehicles before we decided on a very good used Cadillac! If you are looking for a friendly place with a friendly face, I highly recommend Jaxson Moore, who works at Tameron Honda at Eastern Shores! You will walk away happy and very satisfied.   DO NOT BUY A SERVICE CONTRACT FROM TAMERON. A little over 12,000 miles into the car and the car says to get a B1 service. I think, Great! I am glad I bought the service contract, not so fast my friends. The service contract they are selling does not cover the level of service the car is requesting. To my shock, I called frustrated. They confirmed, what was sold was not was not what was described. The sales manager was a nice guy, but unwilling to help rectify. When you get to the Finance office do not buy any extras offered.
