- MGMary Griffith1 day ago5.0This team gives a new meaning to “going above and beyond!” I had traveled down to the Eastern Shore from Birmingham. Ended up cracking a rim. The first business I contacted to repair my rim was a complete scam! Charged me $600 for nothing! I was left stranded 3.5 hours from home with a car that couldn’t be driven. I pulled into Mavis and thank God I did! They settled my nerves, helped me find a hotel room for the night,and drove me to it! The next day they all jumped in and started making calls trying to find a new rim and offering to go get it if needed. We found a guy that was able to repair my rim and do it correctly!!! I can’t say enough good things about the whole team at Mavis! 🙏🏼

He pulled the tires off, checked everything thoroughly, and made sure my car was completely safe. Thankfully, it ended up just being a brake pad sticking. He fixed it quickly and even brought me over while my car was up on the lift to walk me through everything and show me it was all good — which I really appreciated. This place is a gem. Honest, helpful, and kind service like that is hard to find. Highly recommend!
