    My father recently visited the Kia dealership in Daphne regarding a manufacturer recall. We received an official recall notice stating that the affected part would be replaced at no charge. When my father arrived, he was met by an employee who was rude and unprofessional from the beginning. The employee informed him that the service would not be performed for free, despite the recall notice. My father calmly responded that if they were going to make him pay he will, but that he would also contact Kia Corporate because of this. The employee then refused to work on his vehicle. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable. Customers should be treated with respect, especially when addressing a manufacturer-issued recall. Refusing service simply because a customer mentions contacting corporate is unprofessional, disrespectful, and reflects poorly on the dealership. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and hope management addresses this employee’s conduct so other customers do not have to deal with similar treatment.

    I’d like to share my story about my experience with the service department. I bought slightly used tires and had them installed at Kia of Daphne in January of this year on our 2022 Carnival. The tires looked and felt brand new btw, but shortly after they installed them I noticed a “wop-wop” sound. I thought maybe it’s because they’re overinflated, which they were, but that wasn’t it. I thought maybe they didn’t balance them correctly, so I went back up there and told Jay the problem and of course there was nothing THEY did wrong, they balanced them correctly and did EVERYTHING right. It was the TIRES that I bought that were bad, because they had “cupping” on them and that’s what was making the noise. The service manager even came out and felt the tires and had me feel them and had me convinced that that was the problem. He looked around at all the tires and that was it for the investigation. He told me the sound would just get worse over time. So, I guess I got burned buying these used tires I thought, which I’ve ordered from the same site for my other vehicle and never had a problem. Fast forward to June - the noise is getting worse, and now there’s a slight vibration when driving at higher speeds. We’ve also put about 2700 miles on it since install, btw. Well I’m getting annoyed with the sound, like there’s a helicopter chasing me. But since I was convinced it was the tires that were bad, I decided to just get brand new ones and have them installed at Sam’s since they were having a deal. I take our van in to Sam’s, check in, and go sit down and wait. Then, one of the guys comes and gets me and tells me there’s ONLY ONE LUG NUT on the rear passenger side! Now, I’m not saying Kia didn’t replace all the lug nuts, but how do 4 lug nuts just fall off?? Whose fault is it? Was it the lug nut thief? Did Sam’s just somehow lose 4 lug nuts? Was is the tires? Was it my fault for not checking the lug nuts? Or was it Kia of Daphne’s fault for not tightening the lug nuts enough, causing them to loosen and fall off over time, which could’ve been the culprit for the “wop-wop” sound all along? Kia of Daphne who wouldn’t even give me the four lug nuts, after explaining what happened, and still wanted me to pay $50 to replace them so Sams could install my tires properly. You be the judge! I know the good ole boys at Kia of Daphne will never admit it could’ve been their fault, it’s the customer who is always wrong there! …Also I can still never get through to talk to anyone in the service department, but it doesn’t matter anymore since I’ll never have anything serviced there again. I’ll drive an extra 40 mins to Pensacola to avoid this place!

    From the first moment that I reached out to Kia about a vehicle the experience was top tier. Denae Gunter called me immediately and got the ball rolling. She then introduced me to Ronnie Burrell (VIP CAR SALESMAN) and from that point it was all gas no brakes. We went to the dealership on Saturday May 23 and I must say the entire staff was friendly. After being there for a couple of hours we ended up purchasing a 2026 Kia Sorento but that didn’t last long at all. When I finally drove the car I realized that it was entirely too small for a 6’2 239 pound man 😂. I texted Ronnie Sunday night and told him that I didn’t want the Sorento and I was bringing back. I let him know that I wanted the Telluride. Ronnie simply said I’m on it and call me tomorrow. Long story short we were able to trade in the 2026 Sorento for a 2027 Telluride. Ronnie Burrell did his thing and made it happen. I totally recommend anyone who is looking for a car to take that short drive to Daphne Alabama and check out Kia of Daphne and make sure you ask for Ronnie Burrell because he will make it happen for you I promise.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 100,000/10 experience at Kia of Daphne! Last week I traded in my car and upgraded through Kia of Daphne, and I genuinely cannot say enough amazing things about my experience. Chris and Sam were beyond incredible from start to finish. They made what can sometimes feel like a stressful process feel easy, exciting, and honestly so peaceful. Both of them were incredibly kind, professional, patient, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. I never felt pressured, overwhelmed, or like I was “just another sale.” They took the time to answer every question, made sure I felt comfortable with everything, and truly treated me with so much care and respect. Buying a new car should feel exciting, and thanks to Chris and Sam, it absolutely did. They made it one of the happiest days ever for me, and I’m so thankful for how smooth and positive they made the whole experience. I can confidently say I’ll keep coming back to Kia of Daphne for anything I need in the future. If you’re looking for a dealership that truly takes care of people, I highly recommend Kia of Daphne—and especially Chris and Sam. They went above and beyond, and I honestly can’t thank them enough! I’m absolutely in love with my new 2024 kia sportage!!
