  Had my first service today of my 2027 Kia Telluride, Ms.Leah is always so nice, the service is great and it only took a little over a hour which is not too bad. Comfortable place to wait, a little cold but hey that was ok. Thanks Kia for taking care of my Telle! Which I LOVE! She is my first Kia but will NOT be my last!!

  I tried 2 times last week calling the service dept because I got the message in ny SUV that I wss due an oil change. When I called the service dept the first time I got a voice mail saying they were very busy and they would call me back. We'll they didn't call me back. I tried the next day to get the service dept to make an appt and got a voice mail saying they were very busy and would call me back. They didn't. I tried to set up an appointment on line and that didn't work. This is Monday so I called the service dept again and got the same voicemail as the two times before and that they would call me back. So I left them a message telling them that this was my third time calling them and they had said the same thing and would call me back. My answer was that you said you would call me back three times and you never did. My phone rang a short time ago and it was a guy from service dept calling to make my oil change appt. I told him about the 3 times I had called the service dept.and was told they were very busy and would call me back and they didn't.So I told him that was ok because I called the Kia dealership here in Pensacola and actually got a very nice lady to talk to and she said they would accept my Kia there for my oil change. I already have an appointment for tomorrow (Tuesday) to have it done. The man at Daphne Kia when l told him about this he very rudely said have a good day and hung up on me. I will from this day on deal with Kia of Pensacola for all my service work on my Kia Sportage.

  I received their flyer in the mail which stated i was to complete a scratch off and see if i “won”. Typically i never pay any mind to those, i always think they are scams.. little did i know it was. I called the number on the flyer to verify my winnings of $2,500 cash with no purchase needed and they stated my number was correct. I even called the Daphne dealership and the lady upfront verified it was not a scam. So, i drove down to waste my gas and the bald headed man first thing he asked me was “so you thinking of trading in your car, aren’t you?” right after i said im here for my winnings. No, i stated i am here for collect this prize money. He then whispered and told me “well, there is 2 parts to this” so off the bat the flyer had NO fine print stating there was 2 parts and this bald man says all I won was a $40 android smart watch.. i have a iphone. So, in todays age they think to put prize money and tell people they have won, tell them to drive down and receive this fund and then attempt to buy my car and flat out lie to my face. As a women i always think the salesman are using me and yet again the WHOLE dealership used the opportunity. This is NOT a faithful way to attract customers. It showed me nothing but how the dealership started off as liars and scam artists. How would i feel comfortable buying a car from them ? How would i feel comfortable riding in a car with a salesman? It is that deep, do better at this sad attempt for customers.

  We had a great experience working with Brandon at Kia in Daphne! He was straightforward, honest, friendly, & extremely knowledgeable. He was also incredibly patient with us while we took our time deciding which vehicle was the right fit & never made us feel pressured or rushed. Once we made our decision, he made the entire process easy & efficient. We really appreciated his honesty & how comfortable he made the whole car-buying experience. Highly recommend asking for Brandon!

  We reached out to Kia of Daphne for assistance. Our son is turning 16 in a few months and we wanted to start shopping for options. My son’s mother took him to look at a K4 he saw over the weekend and Dalton introduced himself to my son and his mother and was phenomenal to work with. I currently live out of state and Dalton and Hannah (sales manager) made the process of pricing, financing, and working out all the details incredibly easy. Chris in finance was able to send me everything digitally and we had the entire deal locked up within 24 hours…and three months ahead of schedule. Had it not been for the fantastic encounter with everyone at the dealership, we might have waited a few months. This place is extremely fair, honest, and transparent from the first step to the last. I appreciate everything you all did to help my son’s first car buying experience be fantastic!
