- KJKen JonesJun 27, 20265.0I'm not a very social person, so I tend to be standoffish and want to "get in and get out." This was very possible for me during this experience as no one hassled me with small talk or tried to force a conversation to avoid silence, etc. The whole thing was quick and pleasant. Everyone that I dealt gets 5 stars. My car was recently totaled, hence me needing a rental. I'm only going back and forth to work with it while I shop for another vehicle. They did not have the original vehicle I requested online (a gas saver, as I drive 80 collective miles to and from work), and I got a free upgrade to something much, much nicer (2026 Sierra, but way worse on gas). I called the next day to see if I could swap to something more gas efficienct if something was on the lot, and they put me in a very nice Elantra that I thoroughly enjoyed for the rest of my rental time. Both vehicles were immaculate, very low on miles, and essentially brand new. Very good experience.
