  I can through multiple times and Rose,Haley, Logan, and Rebecca were outstanding with their customer service and they were so so so polite I would definetly recommend them to anybody

  This location is currently being ran by teenagers put in management positions they are clearly not ready for. First wash I had gotten at this location the young girl was helping so I chose the higher paying wash to get my tire shine. I go through come out and there is absolutely no tire shine on my wheels. Mind you the $18 one doesn't incluse it so I upgraded to I think its $24-25 for the next one. I could but a can to last me longer but whatever. Onto my real rant. When I addressed it with one of the girls stocking her response was they would not refund me and I was not a member to run my car back through. Then offered to use WINDOW cleaner on my tires lol. 1- I paid for a service I did not get 2- why would i go through again for the tire shine to not work 3- window cleaner is not tire shine... So I asked for a manager. An even younger looking maybe 20 year old come over and REPEATS what the girl just told me. Even proceeded to admit the tire shine is not working. I was like you dont think the girls upgrading you washes should know before wasting people's money? Needless to say he has no resolution shugged his shoulders n just walked away. Fast forward I ended up just getting a membership even still, its right by Walmart so it really was convenient for the location. As of today I have canceled my membership . The young manager treated me and my boyfriend like shit. Sarcastically polite . Don't expect anything out of them if your wash isnt up to standards. Also would like to add my main reason for never going back. They stopped my boyfriends care while in the wash! Out of spite . Yes he got pissed and called the manager a name but dam how much more arrogance can anyone take. They always wipe your from one back windshield and also proceeded to lie saying they skipped his car because it doesn't come with thag serive. Really!? Because before I got my membership I always got the $18 wash and you guys took the brush to my car. These kids treated us like an inconvenience. Just wow.

  Excellent service and was this morning it always is tho! The 2 girls are always super nice and helpful!!! I cancelled my membership at tidal wave because Hailey was so nice and helpful one day when tidal wave was down and I just needed a cheap wash! I am now a member here!

  Logan is the absolute best Employee, at this location. He is always so kind, helpful and ALWAYS HAS A SMILE! Busy or not, he's consistent. This company should recognize this Customer Service quality, this young man has!
