Every morning and all this week both of the blonde girls have washed my car so good. I asked them if I could start a membership and the taller one was so helpful. They both have amazing customer service. Have a blessed day

For some reason I thought you were required to pay for a car wash in order to use the vacuums. Pulled up to the guy and said I really just need to use the vacuums but I’ll take the cheapest car wash so I can use the vacuums (which by the way was my only gonna cost me like $11 for the basic wash which is extremely fair compared to everywhere else in cullman). He let me in and said vacuums/detail center is free of charge and I didn’t have to pay to wash my car to use them. 100% coming here from now on for car washes and the vacuums! Also didn’t know they had a bathroom open to the public. It was actually very clean and had soap, paper towels, and toilet paper all stocked. Great job to the staff!!! And thanks to the younger guy working the entry today who helped me!! 🙂

Just recently visited this one with a few family members and let me just say this place is really nice!!! The staff is really friendly and over all just a beautiful friendly experience. One of the staff stuck out to me and my family so much that we asked for her name so this young lady could understand how amazing she truly is. I believe her name was Rose. Such a sweetie and got my Granny hooked on the membership. I don’t doubt my Granny will be coming back, she’s been talking my ear off about it since we got back. 10/10 keep it up guys!!

Took my car through twice and there was still chucks of stuff and dust, and looks like my hood has more scratches than before so I can't say much on that, but was still very dirty.
Was not worth going back inside to see what could be done, I should have just got my money back and done it at home. I was trying to not waste so much time, so much for that.
I spent 30 bucks. No shine. Still dusty and gross.
Will not be going back.

**Take 5 Car Wash – A Cautionary Tale**
My wife had been a loyal Take 5 customer for months until her RFID sticker stopped working. An employee assured her it was a simple fix and replaced the sticker — however, the old sticker was never deactivated. The result: we were being charged twice each month for the same vehicle, with both accounts running simultaneously.
When I contacted customer service to report the error and request a refund for the three months of double charges, they did nothing. To make matters worse, the double billing continued even after I brought it to their attention. I ultimately had to drive to the Take 5 location in Cullman in person, where the manager — to her credit — was professional and courteous. However, even she was unable to resolve the issue and directed me back to the same customer service department that had already failed us.
This is not an acceptable standard of customer care. A billing error caused directly by one of their own employees went unacknowledged, unresolved, and uncorrected for months. There are plenty of car wash options available, and I strongly encourage you to consider one that values your business and stands behind its mistakes.
**We will not be returning unless something drastic changes.**
