I arrived six minutes later and stood at the pick up counter as the lady passed orders right by me that people had placed after I had gotten there. The lady didn’t even acknowledge me until it had been a total of 20 minutes and my food was sitting on the counter behind her. Maybe management needs to do more managing and make sure that everything runs more efficient or at least have employees that are more motivated.
