    I was the only customer in the store. Got my item and walked to the counter. One guy took 3 phone calls while I was waiting, no one else came to check me out for my 1 item. Walked out. 0 stars.

    Fred was the sweetest man to me today when I ran into Autozone. I needed to wipers for my vehicle and I walked in and started flipping through the book to find what I need. I hear someone talking but don’t pay much attention. Then I hear it again. I realize that Fred is talking to me. He was asking me if my vehicle was here. I told him yes sir it is. He takes off outside in the drizzle to look at my wipers. I didn’t ask him to, he just did it. I was not expecting it at all but it was the sweetest thing that he did it! He takes my wipers off and we go back inside to match them with a new set. He never pressured me into buying the most expensive ones. He told me which ones he buys and that he replaces them out once a year. I pick out what I needed, paid for them and sweet little Fred went back outside with me to put them on!! He even asked me to crank my vehicle to make sure they wiped right and everything!! There truly need to be more people like Fred in this world!! He is the best!!

    Needed help getting a part that was in stock at AutoZone in both Huntsville and Birmingham shipped to this AutoZone in Cullman, because the AutoZone I originally had ship it overnight was closed today due to flooding. After speaking with Gabe, he said that they didn’t have any in stock, to which I then asked him if he could have it shipped to this store and have it tomorrow. He said “I do not know” (which I know they can, I’ve had AutoZone do this multiple times) and then just sat silently on the other end of the line, instead of offering to at least ask! Now I’m trying to figure out how to get my vehicle running before work tomorrow.
