  I came in for an oil change before a long trip. A team of three jumped right on things and checked out so many other functions of my aging vehicle. One thing that no one has ever checked (and, in fact, I didn't even know was a thing) was the cabin filter that filters the heating/air conditioning. It was disgusting, and I am so glad they checked it so I could get it replaced. Also, the battery test showed that my battery needed replaced (just inside the red). I've been burned several times before when there is no warning that the battery is dying and all of a sudden, it's dead. They indicated that it could last a little while longer, but it wasn't something I wanted to risk taking this upcoming trip alone. The other things, like the air filter, they showed to me saying there was no need to replace it. Also, I needed a tire rotation, but i didn't think they did those kinds of things at an express oil change place. They have many other services they provide as well. I was just very well impressed and felt well taken care of.
