  David and the team were amazing! Great customer service for someone clueless to car maintenance. Ensured I got in and out fast. And that I had the knowledge for the future. Great pricing for brake pads compared to Lexus!

  Kevin and David are the true definition of a CHAMPION. Customer survive skills are top tier and are what Mavis Tires strives for its employees. They gave very informative information in order for me to get the right service needed for my vehicle.

  SO HELPFUL, UNDERSTANDING, AND DEDICATED. I’ve been needing to replace my tires for a while but have been very busy and unstable financially; finally one bite the dust, totally flat, and Mavis SAVED ME. After generous recommendation for the first couple tire places I tried, Mavis was the only one in the area that carried tires for my car. John on the phone/at the desk was very helpful and efficient suggesting brands and how many of my tires I should take care of now due to my situation, and Kevin replaced the two I settled on in less than 30 minutes, staying after the business closed. I will be returning to Calera for my auto care in the future.

  I initially brought my car in on Friday for repairs, and your team completed what I was told was a fix. However, I was forced to return the very next day (Saturday) because new issues and diagnostic codes began appearing—problems that were not present prior to my initial visit. As a result, I spent five to six hours at your shop on Saturday attempting to resolve these new issues, which caused me to lose a full day of time and income. During this process, I was informed that incorrect parts had been installed on my vehicle by your diesel mechanics. Additionally, there were damages to my car that occurred while it was in your care, which I had to strongly advocate for before they were addressed. This experience is especially frustrating given that this is the second negative incident I’ve had with your company within the past month at two different locations. Due to these repeated issues, I will no longer be doing business with your company. I also intend to share my experience with others to ensure they are aware of the level of service I received. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work toward improving your service standards and quality control moving forward.
