  I had a great experience with Mavis Tire & Brakes. About a month ago, I had a tire patched at the Tuscaloosa location. Later, I noticed the tire was still losing air and assumed the patch might have been faulty. I took my vehicle to the Chelsea location to have it checked out. The team there inspected the tire and found that the original patch was actually done correctly. The real problem turned out to be a separate nail in the tire that was causing the leak. Even though the issue wasn't related to the previous repair and wasn't their fault, they patched the tire completely free of charge. I was very impressed by their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to help. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. It's refreshing to find a business that stands behind its work and genuinely cares about its customers. I highly recommend Mavis Tire & Brakes in Chelsea!
