  I’ve had a really good experience with this Mavis. I came in around mid-July for new tires and an alignment, and they got everything done really quickly. I also noticed they took the time to get the tires balanced correctly and properly torque the lug nuts, which I really appreciate since not every shop seems to do that. I did have a small issue with the steering wheel not being perfectly centered after the alignment, so I brought it back today. They were more than happy to take another look at it for me. Everyone I’ve dealt with here has been really nice, friendly, and professional. I’ve had a good experience every time and would definitely recommend them and come back myself.

  Dee and his team was very helpful. They were very detailed regarding what needed to be fixed and the timeframes for the fixes. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you and your team for your dedication and your customer service.

  I actually felt like a customer and not a bother! I limped my car in with a hissing tire. I didn't have an appointment and was back on the road with 4 new tires and an oil change in less than two hours (on the weekend!). The heat index was over 100 degrees, and the guys in the shop worked hard. The manager, Jon, was busy the entire time, displaying patience and efficiency. The phone was ringing nonstop, customers were coming in and out, and he was managing the bays. I'll be back.

  I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Mavis Tires in Calera Aland I really have to give a special shoutout to the gentleman who helped me! From the moment I came in, he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.They were professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me—not just making a sale. What stood out the most was his customer service and personality. They took the time to explain everything to me, answered my questions, and made what could have easily been a stressful situation feel simple and easy. You can tell when someone is just doing their job versus when someone actually takes pride in how they treat people, and he definitely takes pride in what he does. I left Mavis feeling like I had been treated with respect and truly looked out for. That kind of service is what keeps customers coming back. Mavis definitely has a great one on their team! I wish I had gotten his name because he deserves to be personally recognized by management. 10/10 experience, and I would absolutely recommend this location because of the service I received!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I absolutely loved the service I received from the guys at Mavis Tires & Brakes! I needed a tire, and even though they were out of stock, Kevin went above and beyond to find me one somewhere else and made sure I was taken care of. 🙌🏾 I’m always on the road traveling, so making sure my car is safe and running at its best is extremely important to me. Kevin understood that and made sure I didn’t leave without a solution. Great customer service and genuinely good people! I definitely appreciate Kevin and the whole team. ❤️🚗💨
