⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such an amazing experience at Oil Express today! I got an oil change, they were incredibly fast, efficient, and kind, and they made me feel like I was the most important customer they had all day. I was a little nervous coming in because I'm currently having issues with my alternator, and I wasn't even sure if my car would start. I explained that to Pat, and he was so understanding and reassuring. He assured me they would get everything taken care of and that we would figure it out. Mr. Isaac also went above and beyond. When I was trying to pull in, the sun was blocking my view and making it difficult for me to see. He actually moved himself in front of the sunlight so I could see and safely navigate my car into the bay. That small gesture meant so much to me because it showed how attentive they were to my needs. And what impressed me even more was that I arrived only about five minutes before closing. They could have easily made me feel like I was inconveniencing them or rushed me through, but they did the complete opposite. They welcomed me, treated me with kindness, and provided the same level of service and attention they would have given someone who arrived much earlier. When I say they went above and beyond, I truly mean it. ❤️ Thank you, Pat, Mr. Isaac, and the entire Oil Express team for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one. I appreciate you all and will definitely be back!!

I found some time to get my oil changed and stopped by Express. The line was a little long but they moved very quickly. Pal ( if I am correct) was my service tech and was very friendly and informative. No pressure to get unnecessary things done , but was given a list of recommended services for my car soon Great experience
