- JDJohn DoeMay 10, 20261.0Me and my family have been to them forever and loved them, nice people but i'm not sure they know what they are doing. About a year ago they did not screw the oil cap on my moms Subaru and made her car smoke and go oil all in and over her car. Which started to prove to me that they just might not care/know what they are doing. About a few months ago I got my first car which is a 2013 BMW 3 series I took it to get an oil change about a month ago and have had issues with oil pressure ever since. About a week after the first oil change I got for my car I got an oil pressure light and that night found a oil filter seal ring in the bottom of my engine bay. Which made me think that it was not put on or done incorrectly. According to my oil pressure warning I got. I took it back and they said "it was just the old one in the bottom of my engine bay" so they changed the ring entirely and they told me to turn it on and ofc they didn't realize the oil cap was off spraying oil everywhere just showing me that I should no longer trust them. I have had oil pressure lights come on 3 or 4 times ever since I got my oil changed. Sweet people but to me I feel like some of the workers just don't know how to work on certain cars... Thats just a personal experience and also my first review talking bad/down on a place. I don't wanna be that person but I just hope that this helps someone else. From now on I will be doing things myself or with a place that knows euro cars.
