He told me it would take 10 minutes to get. It took over 20 minutes. The tech couldn’t even reset my oil change light. They charged me a $45 up charge for specialty oil. I have a Yukon not a special type of vehicle. What in the world??? I’ll take my truck to the dealership from now on and save the $45 and get better service.
