  Allie was an amazing sales person she was answering all the questions I have and she got me a great deal on my camper. Any concerns and questions I had she found the answer. Only concern was the service department, I feel they didn’t do an inspection as soon I got on the interstate one of the seals came off, there is dog hair in my blinds and my floor was so dirty my feet turned black. My deadbolt doesn’t lock bc it doesn’t line up with the hole so this just shows me they don’t do a full inspection depth inspection. I’m deeply disappointed with the service department.

  Buying our camper was such a smooth and easy experience thanks to Allie Hayes! She was incredibly sweet, patient, and easy to work with from start to finish.   I'm from Georgia and I was going to buy a camper from a camping World closer to home, but somehow the Calera AL location started calling me too. Anyone else would have dealt with the closer location, but after talking with Alley I was sold! We haven't bought yet and circumstances changed for my husband and I, but I highly recommend her!! She knows we aren't in the market anymore, but she still checks in regularly to see how we are. You can't train someone to have compassion for others like that. For her it's clear it's not about the sales as much as trust. She was never pushy, but always very informative and happy to help with a solution for any problem we had with making sure we had we peace of mind for when we were ready to buy.

  Not really sure I should leave a Review, I looked at 6 RV's, and really felt the 13B, was a little too small, and the 21 Foot Fair-wood I think it was, was Just Barley in my price range, and GVW limit, I had hoped to see something between 13, and 21, but every 16-18, they showed me was about $5, more than the 21 was, so my choices were either too much, or to little. Had to decide too little, because too much really wasn't an option. Had to decide on too little, because My Ridgeline is limited on what it can pull, and The unloaded GVW was too close to it, and I am sure adding an inverter setup would have taken it over my Limit, the ones around 3,000 were too expensive, and the Little $10,500, one turned into about t $14K when it was all made it to paper. Everyone was nice, I liked the people and the Business, I just wasn't thrilled with my options.

  Came here to buy our 1st travel trailer on Saturday, April 17th. Our salesperson Alyssa was phenomenal, along with Brandy and Jade in Finance. The sales dept needs A LOT of help! We were advised on 4/17/26 in order to secure the camper we liked, the finance managers required a $100 refundable deposit, we paid, were given a receipt, the deposit has been removed from our form of payment. We have asked twice about our deposit, we’ve been advised they would let the person know and as of 4/23 we’re advised we never paid a deposit. We were contacted on 4/22 for signatures on additional paperwork as there is a discrepancy, the manager stating they were wiling to come to our house to obtain these signatures. Set up a time and location to obtain 1 of 2 signatures, manager cancels. During the sale from 4/17-4/20 of the camper we were advised the finance dept would be reaching back out to us with requested information we asked for. All we heard were excuses. We threatened to back out of the sale and received a phone call with the requested information within 5 minutes. During the process of signatures being obtained we signed a document where the business and us agreed that our information would not be sold. I’ve had to change my number because our information has indeed been sold, received emails as well.
