  Ytaysha Watson and Alex Coleman did a great job of helping me pickup my rental and drop off. Very nice friendly and professional staff. Little to no wait time at the counter. I would recommend this location for your next car rental.

  You have great customer service. The Brewton location never lets me down. I usually deal with Y'Taysha Watson when i go and she's very welcoming, and has excellent customer service. She goes above and beyond to make sure we get what we need. I also would like to acknowledge one your Assistant Branch managers in The Foley area Desmond Samuels. He was very helpful even during the busy times when he was overwhelmed with customers complaining about something that was out of his power. He handled the situation with excellence. I come from hospitality background and I pay a lot of attention to mannerism and professionalism. These guys exceeded my expectations

  The customer service was great. But the way they handled the chip that was done while we were driving it could have been handled a different way then going through my insurance company was not ok with me. Accidents happen like that all the time but they should have some kind of insurance on things like that and not take it from our insurance policy

  The Enterprise in Brewton Al has a great staff thats will8ng to go the extra mile to help you and put you in a quality vehicle. I will continue to do bussines with them in the future.
