  Our family has been loyal customers to Take 5 for a while now. We have loved the extra amenities, such as the pre-brushing, the air fresheners, the powerful vacuums, and the provided towels and cleaning solutions. However, recently two of those valued benefits have been discontinued. This is highly disappointing, and we would like to not only voice our displeasure with removing the air fresheners and pre-brush options, but also to request that this change be reversed. We miss the extras that make Take 5 our preferred car wash.

  Greeted as soon as I pulled up— thankfully I needed a new window sticker, then I pulled my rubber mats out and without having to ask he came and offered to wash them for me.

  Pls bring back the Air fresheners they last a long time & they smell really good.

  I was ready to give this place 5 stars on day 1 but I recently had an experience that left the staff and I trauma bonded and my rating is now 100 stars. Picture this, I drive up and I’m trying to get centered on the track which for some reason just fries my brain. I’ve been driving for 20 years but each time I encounter these tracks it’s like my first time driving. So I’m nervous right? Well the fella signals me to turn my tires toward him and I’m trying to be gentle when this man jumps and grimaces. He looks like he’s trying to hide the grimace but it’s too late. I’ve seen him jump. I just know I’ve run him over. I roll down my window to beg forgiveness when I follow his eyes and see the biggest rat I’ve ever seen in my life. It’s the size of my Maltese. He knows I’ve seen it probably because I scream. He was going to try and save me from this knowledge. He tells me it jumped out of my tire. I scream more. In my mind, where there are rats there are snakes. He is trying to keep me calm even though he was the one who was attacked by a wild animal but I’ve got everyone riled up at this point. I’m yelling about snakes and how I have to get a new car. We eventually catch our breath and decide I am centered so I should probably go ahead and go through the wash. After, I park and am going to vacuum. I see him talking to the manager and pointing. Our ordeal is not over. The rat is still hanging around looking for its next victim. The manager goes after it with a bucket. She chases this genetically enhanced feral creature from the premises in a heroic gesture and saves us all from further trauma. Again, 100 stars for staff attitude and heroics. Also the car wash does a good job.
