  I love when the manager with dreads at work, you can expect everything to run in order. He seems like he enjoys coming to work. When the one with George Jefferson running it, he keep it pretty decent. But when that tall slim one, with the fro running it , I be wanting to turn around. Y’all need to do more pop ups on his days in charge. Put him back in training. The rest of the team good. I will say we need more working vacuums and keep the detail center a bit more prepared. I’ve been going to Hueytown sometimes, for a guarantee.

  Best decision coming back to the take 5 wash on the west side of Birmingham 5 points west to be exact. The service here is impeccable meaning that I've never experienced any bad vibes or attitudes with the employees here. They will always make sure that you are satisfied with the wash that you've received and there are always periodically great deals available to customers for memberships or a one time wash! Charles is an amazing attendant with a friendly face and very informative about the company's offers and literally made me want to come to this specific location for all comfortability. I am pleased but what I would love is for the vacuums to be repaired promptly and with longer reach to my vehicle from the vacuum to my car so that they don't easily break. It's hard finding vacuums that are not broken but other than that the service is great and the actual car wash itself washes pretty good.
