  The worst place to go in the area - seriously horrible from the laziness of workers to how dirty the vacuum stations are.

  I was told I was getting a discount one time wash, when I was actually be setting up to be scammed for recurring charges without my permission….

  I normally go to the five points West location but I stopped by the Birmingham location on 24th and I am extremely satisfied with the service that they provide. I’m satisfied with the customer service. I’m satisfied with the cleanliness of the parking lot. I’m also very impressed with the customer service provided by Alexandra and Isaiah. I will definitely return. I appreciate the service and thank you so much.
