  Dre was very helpful and attentive. Cassie made sure my car was clean! This is definitely my preferred Take 5 location.

  This car wash is one of the best! The vacuums work great and towels are fresh and always stocked. The staff are on top of it and attend to everyone’s needs quickly. (especially mulan)

  I pay for a membership here, so it’s really frustrating when this location regularly opens 20–30 minutes after the posted opening time. A lot of people come before work and depend on the hours being accurate. What makes it worse is that nobody answers the phone, so you have no idea if they’re opening late, not opening at all, or just deciding to open whenever. At that point, it defeats the purpose of paying for the convenience of a membership.

  Canceled my fleet subscription months ago. They do not know how to handle this in person, and not sure how to handle it with corporate. The attendant tried to help, but I am STILL getting charged for every vehicle in my fleet. There is no one to talk to about this. I can't reach corporate through a phone number, no one responds to emails, they don't know what to do at the local office. I even tried to reach out through social media, but they've turned off their comments. You can see several other people commenting the same things I am. No one helping with refunds. If you plan to use this place forever by all means sign up, if you ever think you want to cancel run far, far away. They will charge you forever.
