  Do not use your debit card at the pump because they take money from it to hold and it is not returned for days without you being aware. I had $500.00 held and customer service does not return it automatically; they want you to jump through unnecessary hoops to have i your money returned. It is fraudulent. Use cash or go inside and pay. The hassle is not worth it. My City government official actually said to file a police report because this should not be happening. Proceed with caution!!!!! Never again for me!!!

  I usually don't leave reviews because I'm not the type of person to complain but the night crew here is horrible. They have a really shitty demeaner and is resonates to the customers from ignoring me when i walked into the store to talking trash about there co workers or managers behind the counter out loud. Saying they don't care if they get fire. This has by far been the worst truck stop experience and will not be returning to this store. They need a trainer or something because there customers is experience is the worst I've seen coming from someone who was in the service industry for 10 years prior to becoming a truck driver. Night crew definitely needs some extensive corporate training.

  The worst pilot experience ever. I'm a top 10% Google reviewer in the United States and this is my worst review. I often work in this area and occasionally stop by here overnight. I purchased a shower and waited over an hour while people had no time limit in the showers. As soon as I asked what looked liked the manager about the shower situation she immediately said don't ask me talk to the other person about that (mentioning the other employee who is working) so I did and then when I asked her she pointed back at the lady who told me to ask her. Then I asked if she could please find out when the showers would be available so she told me to go back and see if I could see it someone was cleaning so I did and there was nobody cleaning the showers. So I reported that back to her and she went over and talked to the manager and they were talking smack about me as I could hear them like it wasn't their problem and then I approached the manager I was just asking questions like do they know when the person cleaning the showers would be available to do it and she was rude and started catching an attitude with me even though I was being polite and then the security guard came up on me with his hands crossed across his crotch like he was going to do something to me. I even mentioned to the lady that I'm just a customer and I just want to know when the showers would be available and even mentioned as a customer that I can't believe the security is coming up on me like I was going to rob the store or something even though I was just asking about the shower. This location is ghetto and so was the service. I can't believe I was treated this way I was polite the entire time and then finally the lady offered me a refund and I took it. I felt intimidated and wasn't worth getting shot by the security guard because I was asking when the shower would be ready. I mentioned several times that I was just trying to be polite and ask about when the shower would be cleaned but they treated me terribly and especially with a security guard made me feel threatened. I've been a pilot customer for years and even a member. Pilot gas stations aren't what they used to be and very disappointed. Very very disappointed as every other pilot gas station I come to everyone is extremely polite but the fact that this location has to have a security guard tells you all you need to know about the area. What a shame...
