  Eric the manager offered to help me as soon as I walked in the door. Polite and respectful. I didn't have to wait to be serviced. Started immediately on my vehicle

  Had to get all new tires and an alignment. Mikul was such a help and so very knowledgeable! Definitely recommend NTB, and specifically Mikul, when you need any work done to your vehicle.

  My car needed a new alternator so I brought it here after getting quotes at 2 other places. The other places quoted me $800+ for it! Eric and his assistant manager were able to get it done for me for cheaper, and even threw in the belt for it as well. They saved my dying alternator and my dying phone as well! Overall super friendly people that will do right by your car. I am so grateful for their help, car stuff is so expensive.

  From out of town, tire blew a belt. Had a trailer in tow. Called ahead to make sure tires were in stock and let the rep know I'd arrived. He said it would be 20 minutes to get in, told him i had movers waiting on me in the parking lot. He said he would jump back there and help out to speed us up. I waited in the parking lot an hour. Went back in to ask why we weren't helped. They said they didn't know we were there, the guy that was helping us left. (Doesn't add up. If you knew who was helping me - you knew i was there. Also 3 guys in the bay could plainly see me parked blocking other cars with the trailer) Got in the bay, 30 minutes later tech comes and says he doesn't have the tool for my lug nuts. Really? You sell tires you can't install??? Another lie. So after 2 hrs, i had enough. He had the nerve to say i could buy the tires and take them with me. There were 2older guys who saw me talking to the guy that left. They knew i was there. I do NOT recommend this place. Thankfully Walmart had my tires. Should've gone there first and not waste my time or treat me like im stupid. They are lazy and they lie. The mangers are no better.
