Great experience! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I came in for my tires and also needed help with a couple of other things, and they were happy to help me with everything. The whole process was easy and the service was great. Really appreciate their help and would definitely come back!

I dropped my car off at 9:30 AM for an oil change and tire rotation, and I gave my number for the desk clerk to call when my car was ready for pick up. By 4 PM I still had not received a call to pick up my car. I was not thrilled about not receiving a call, but it was a Saturday and I figured this location was busy, so I did not think much of it. When I walked in the lady working the desk was checking someone out, and her coworker was just sitting behind the desk doing nothing. Surely, if someone has time to sit behind the desk to do nothing then they definitely have time to make a few calls. After picking up my car, I noticed that air had not been added to my tires, which I specifically asked for. This made me question if the mechanic had even done my tire rotation. Overall, I’m frustrated that I didn’t receive a call when my car was ready and that I now have to go to another Mavis to have them put air in my tires … when it should have just been done at the first Mavis. I don’t like having to question if the service I asked - and paid - for was even completed.

I had a great experience during my recent visit to Mavis Tires & Brakes. I came in for a tire rotation and needed a nail removed from one of my tires. Since I originally purchased my tires from this location, the repair was fully covered under my warranty, which made the process incredibly smooth.
The customer service was excellent from start to finish. A special thank you to the associates, Randy and Shaneka, who helped me out. They were both extremely professional and made sure my vehicle was serviced and that I was out the door in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this shop for their efficiency and great customer care!

These guys are awesome. Had a gash in my tire and live in Homewood so googled the closest place with the best reviews and they lived up to it. The tires on my car are close to $700 each and they originally thought it was unrepairable but spent the extra time to try and patch it and it worked. 45 minutes and $45 dollars vs $700 and waiting days for a tire to arrive.
