I just purchased a new tire at Don Duncan’s (a Goodyear store) this morning where my family and I have taken our cars to for over 20 years. They failed to notice another tire was on the verge of a blowout. My PSI dropped from 30 to 9 within minutes five minutes before arrival at the doctors office. I saw this God send of a store right as I started to panic. Lee and his team (Cam and Mike) identified the other shop’s big miss and put a new tire on my car within literally fifteen minutes. I managed to still make my appointment after initially cancelling it because they were so fast. My family and I will be taking our business to the Mavis store in Montgomery after their awesome work. Thank yall so much for calming me down and remedying the situation so quickly!
