I went in for 2 new tires and already mavis beat costcos price by $100.As they started it turned out I needed new struts. The manager, Matt D. Was very transparent showed me where my struts were clearly damaged and worked to get me a great price and had the parts in no time.Vincent, the technician made quick work of the struts and tires. Matt even noticed my trailer plug was broken and fixed that for free. Overall great price friendly staff and great work I will come back

Had a blowout of my front drivers side tire on the interstate. Roadside assistance was there in a matter of minutes and towed my car to Mavis Tire and Brakes located at 1879 Gadsden Highway in Trussville, AL. Zach Tenhet (the store manager) immediately let me know they could place my spare tire quickly and at no cost. They would have to order me a new tire and it would be in within a day or 2. After placing the spare, Zach then noticed a defect in my back tire and advised me to get it taken care of quickly. He sent me to their sister store in Robuck where they had 2 new tires waiting on me. The whole experience went from scary to amazing! Zach and his team answered all of my questions and set me up for success right away. I would definitely use Zach Tenhet at Mavis in Trussville again and again. 5 star service all the way.
