  Had multiple issues with my vehicle, they were informative, quick and honest on the pricing. They were able to change everything out and get me back on the road in the same afternoon. They even made sure I got all the available discounts to save some money. I highly recommend using this Mavis Tire location.

  First time at this Mavis location and it was Awesome. I awoke this morning headed for work and found that my rear tire was on a flat. My air pump died on me and not a good start to my day; took my car to Mavis and the guys there were amazing. Greeted me at the door and found the issue with my tire fixed it and sent me on my way. Mavis in Trussville has my business from here on out. Thanks guys again and I will tell people about this location.

  On Friday, May 8th, I had pulled into Mavis as I had a tire losing air pressure and I could NOT find an issue. Was pressed for time as we were getting ready to head out of town for the weekend. Cody and his team got me in & out very quickly easing my stress. For what little I was charged, these guys far exceeded my expectations. Thank you

  was going to go into this place of service but I caught wind of them letting go of one of the most reliable managers !!! The only person I that I saw in that store in a very long time that actually cared about the customers and satisfaction .. Went in to get service is when I found out that Antoine no longer worked there hince me standing around waiting to be serviced slowly not only would I have been sitting there waiting to even get my car in the doors from the looks of it they were having more fun in the shop area and not noticed a paying customer waiting so I left I wanted to get my brakes done my battery my shocks and 4 tires with an alignment and the 25 percent off that Mr.Antoine gave me to come back and see him to get this service done and I was left with nothing but disappointment .. So all in all I will no longer return to this location or any Mavis location at all if this is the kind of kiddie daycare business that this company sets as a standard .

  If you care about your car at all , stay far away from this place! Ordered 4 tires on their website and set up an appointment. I arrived at the set time and after 2 hours was told that only two of the tires had arrived. They had already unmounted the tires from the wheels and had to be re-mounted taking up another hour. I was told that they would contact me when the other two tires arrived. A week later I called the store and was told that they haven't seen the tires and would call when they got them. Another week later I called back again and was told that they would have to reorder the tires. When they finally got the tires and installed them, they managed to deeply scratch 3 of my wheels. I have also had to have the tires re balanced at another tire store due to improper balancing upon installation. I have sent two emails to customer service that have gone ignored. I wouldn't let these people touch another vehicle if the services were free.
