  Horrible Experience. My daughter was out of town at college and had an air leak in a front tire. I sent her to this dealer to fix tire. (We had a Road Hazard warranty from Mcgriff Tire but their dealership is an hour away.) She went to Mavis. They proceeded to tell her she needed rear shocks and one front Strut was bad also. I didnt ask them to overhaul the car. Just fix the flat. It turns out the front strut dust cover had a crack and the rear shocks were fine. To add insult, they said the tire was fine and topped off the air. How is that possible when it leaks half way down over night? I told her to watch the tire pressure and come home from College and take it to our dealership. My reputable dealer, McGriff Tire, found a piece of a knife blade in the tire. The tire would have been flat the next morning. Is that how you treat a female college student to make money? I dont think a honest, reputable company would. Go somewhere else before you go to Mavis. Anywhere!!!!

  This place is crooked. I had a nail in my tire. They didn’t find the nail. They did tell me that I needed two shocks and a strut. Weirdly, they didn’t tell me I need new tires, and I do.

  Worst experience with mechanics in my entire life. Called multiple days ahead to order new tires and set up an appointment for installation, and was given a quote. I show up for my appointment right when they were supposed to open and not only were they over half an hour late to open and had multiple customers with appointments just waiting in the parking lot but they also did not have my tires, they also don’t save my quote and were trying to charge me over $200 more. After arguing to have them honor their previous quote, they proceeded to work at a snails pace and had to re-align my tires twice to get it right. Fast forward about a month and a half later- I took my tire off to check something that was going on with my brakes and the tire stud breaks in half. My tires were over tightened and they didn’t even check to make sure the treads from the lug nuts were matched with the bolt and cross threaded all 5 tire studs. They also tried to upsell me for a new set of brakes when I had just replaced them only a few months prior (they were practically new). The representative I worked with spent the whole time blaming other workers instead of taking accountability on behalf of the business. I also witnessed him speak to many of the female customers very rudely and change his demeanor entirely when speaking with men. You could not pay me to step foot back in this shop.

  Came into Mavis tire today to get my tire plugged after I drove over a screw. I was welcomed walking through the door by Serae, she walked out with me to make an assessment of my tire and informed me it could be done right away. The procedure was fast and easy. 100% recommend!

  I’ve had many services with them before. Always sweet and always a pleasure. This particular review is meant to honor Chris the manager. As a unique experience that occurred, involving me not having a tow and being stranded somewhere.. They made sure to go out of their way to see that I was safe,happy and able to continue business as usual. . I’m so appreciative for people like that. It’s rare that you find decent humans that actually go out of their way to help each other these days.Chris you’re awesome. Thanks so much. Mavis your a gem as always. Thank you;)
