The service and hospitality is amazing and the way they provided updates as much as they could throughout the process was such a peace of mind. Serae and the entire staff at this Mavis location were phenomenal in customer service and professionalism. We encountered a blowout while driving, and this store’s staff were wonderful at making sure we were well taken care of without missing a beat. They went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and off safe and sound upon completing their work. It is without reservation that I leave this glowing review. They are the standard.

Do not go to this location. I went here because I was hearing a thud on the left side of my car whenever I would go over a bump. The guy Chris (I think that’s his name) said that it was the struts. So I get the struts replaced, cost over $500. He told me before I left that it would ride a bit rough at first so ok I’m think the thud would eventually stop. It didn’t! I went back they checked it again and the mechanic said that it was the under lining making the noise. Of course it wasn’t. I took my car to express oil change and it wasn’t the motor mount and the guy actually should me how bad it was. He drove the car and knew exactly what the issue was as soon as he heard it. Point is, these people will recommend you getting something fixed and it’s not even the issue. Paid them all that money for something that wasn’t even causing the problem. That’s horrible business by this company.

Didn’t just fix the damage from a pothole but also caught several other issues. Made me almost grateful to have hit the pothole because they were so thorough and helpful. Serae in particular was lovely and really great at explaining the situation to me so that I could understand. Thank you to the staff who were so kind and so quick!
