This is my second time coming here with 2 different vehicles & I must say the service is Absolutely Excellent, I was greeted both times as soon as I got out of the car, my car was taken back immediately & the technician kept me updated & it was always good news & I paid little to no money for the service, I Love this place & it's always clean plus the Wait time was less than 15 - 20 minutes & I happily drove off smiling, did I mention the staff is Super Friendly😃

While on the interstate a tire rolled off a truck, and in heavy traffic I had no choice but to roll over it. The car front end had major damages, dragging onto the ground with other attached parts. Once off the interstate in Roebuck I attempted to have the car hanging parts removed - no one would help me. Then I saw Mavis and thought the results would be the same as the others, but no. The Manager Daniel listened to my story, wasted no time and sprang into action. With the help of two other mechanics they began piecing the damaged parts back together. Though all that they did was a temporary fix, it was presentable and has allowed me to.continue to use my car until it is fixed. After they were finished I asked how much was the charge and Daniel said "NOTHING". I was in shock, and could not believe how he and his team spent time helping me, and assisting no payment necessary. I HIGHLY recommend everyone to use their services. I know I will be back there soon. Imagine how I was treated that day and I officially was not a customer - cant.wait to see how it will be.as a customer. From the moment I came in contact with Daniel his professionalism, patience, comcern, understanding and ability to move quickly to resolve my issue was very impressive and appreciated!! Thank you Daniel so much!! The fear I felt that day was gone instantly all based on your kindness!! Again, many thanks!! Natalie

As I walked in the Mavis in Roebuck Brett greeted me at the front desk. I had a nail in my wife’s tire. He said he could get it done on a Sunday. I was very grateful.! He was very professional, and I noticed something as I sent in the lobby He knew every customer in there by their first name and would walk around and talk to them! He’s very good at communication! I will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!

I’ve taken my car to FOUR DIFFERENT SHOPS for an issue and all of them told me there was nothing wrong— DJ takes a quick look and shows me something so incredibly important that everybody missed. DJ is my hero. Please trust: I will absolutely be back.

I’ve brought several vehicles to Mavis and had oil changes, alignments, and mechanic work done and Brett, and Daniel both went above and beyond standard customer service. Very friendly, polite, and professional. I tell all my people to come to Mavis.
