Before ordering, we called to confirm the correct part number and given the go ahead to purchase. A week later we dropped off the part and then received a call blaming us for purchasing the wrong part. Ordered the new and more expensive part. Was told by one employee that they would discount our service because of their fault telling us the wrong part number. Then received a call 30 minutes later with a nope! We don’t do that. You’ll be paying full price. Got the car fixed and found fast food trash in the car and the battery dead. Got it home only for the battery to continue to not turn over and then we were blamed again with a “you tell me what’s wrong with the battery” from the manager. The WORST customer service experience. Your word is everything. They gave the wrong part number, then blamed. Offered a discount, then took it back. Never returning to this location
