  Robert always does a great job with my oil change. What I like about this location specifically is the oil change is always done quickly, and it gives me an excuse toget a chocolate cherry milkshake at CookOut since it's so close.

  Quick. Quick quick quick. That's how this oil change was. Opted for a tire rotation too (since I was there), and I'd only just sat down after getting a sip of water before they were letting me know that I was ready. Jordan & Alex were the two tasked with helping me & they did a great job.

  Jordan was absolutely amazing during my visit to Express Oil Change! From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable. He took the time to explain everything that was being checked under the hood and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. Customer service like Jordan’s is hard to find these days. He was knowledgeable, honest, and went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of. Because of him, my experience was smooth and stress-free. If you’re visiting Express Oil Change, I highly recommend asking for Jordan. He deserves recognition for the excellent service he provides!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from John at Express Oil Change – Lakeshore Parkway Today, June 6, 2026, I had an excellent experience at Express Oil Change on Lakeshore Parkway thanks to John and the entire team. From the moment I arrived, John was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the services being performed, answered my questions clearly, and made sure everything was completed efficiently without any pressure or unnecessary upselling. What stood out most was his commitment to customer service. John treated me with respect, kept me informed throughout the process, and demonstrated genuine care in making sure my vehicle was properly serviced. It’s becoming increasingly rare to find this level of professionalism and attention to detail. The facility was clean, the service was fast, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish.   In times like these, people are working hard for every dollar. Between rising gas prices, groceries, rent, insurance, and everyday expenses, the last thing anyone needs is to leave an oil change with more vehicle problems than they came in with. I brought my 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe in for what should have been a routine oil change. Before the service, my vehicle was operating normally. Shortly afterward, I began experiencing issues including shaking and a check engine light. Then I was informed that the oil level was already down by about a quart within days of the service. I understand vehicles can develop problems, but when issues appear immediately after maintenance, customers naturally have concerns. Instead of peace of mind, I was left worried about whether my vehicle was properly serviced and what additional repair costs I might be facing. For many of us, our vehicle is how we get to work, take care of our families, and make a living. Unexpected car problems can mean missed work, expensive repairs, and additional fuel costs at a time when most people are already stretched thin financially. I trusted this business with my vehicle and left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and concerned. Customers deserve quality work, accountability, and a thorough review when problems arise immediately after service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location. — A frustrated customer who simply wanted an oil change and ended up with more problems than answers. Robert was a good guy but still gave very little reasoning as to why it past the inspection point but then I’m having problems. I’m very upset and feel like my car was sabotaged.
