  Very disappointing experience!!! I’ve previously had my oil service done at Express Oil Change in Pelham, but after today’s experience, I’m seriously reconsidering using this company, especially at this Location. I noticed my car had an oil leak that started yesterday and became worse today, so I went to the nearest location because I was genuinely concerned about driving it. I arrived at 5:28 PM, even though they were supposed to close at 6 PM. There was one car ahead of me, and they allowed that car inside. When it was my turn, however, they refused to take me and told me to come back tomorrow. I politely explained that I wasn’t asking for a full service—I just wanted them to take a quick look at the oil leak, since it could be hazardous to both my car and safety. The male employee I spoke with refused to even check it. (At least a little console that it’s not serious or something would have been a great help for my overthinking that’s happening all day now.) I completely understand closing procedures, but refusing to even look at a potentially serious oil leak when I arrived 33 minutes before closing, especially after taking the car in front of me, was extremely disappointing. Very poor customer service. I expected much better from Express Oil Change.

  MJ provided excellent service from start to finish. He was professional, attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. What stood out most was his willingness to help and the genuine care he showed throughout the experience. Great customer service can make a huge difference, and MJ definitely delivered. I truly appreciate the level of service he provided and would highly recommend him to anyone.

  MJ was very helpful! I’ve never liked getting an oil change but he made me feel very comfortable and confident about it. Plus he was super kind and quick!

  I had a great experience when I went to get my oil changed! Micheal J. Was my technician and he was a pleasure to interact with! He made the process simple and answered all my questions. Will be returning!

  I had a great experience with MJ at Express Oil Change today. He was quick, polite, and made the whole process easy. I don’t know much about cars, and I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything without making me feel pressured or like I was being sold something I didn’t need. After some bad experiences elsewhere, it was refreshing to feel comfortable and treated fairly. Highly recommend MJ and this location!
