  This location consistently demonstrates kindness and professionalism. They communicated effectively with me. I visited the shop for a regular oil change, but I also had a concern about a potential leak. Marcus promptly addressed my issue and helped me replace the drain plug seal that had failed.

  Omg! Chris the assistant manager was such a huge help to me early in the morning before the store opened! I was in a panic when my car alerted me & Chris was super calm and very informative & helped me as soon as they opened. So very grateful and it won’t be my last time coming to this location!

  1 is too good. It should be a Zero. I was charged over $1,200 to repair and replace an axle. Found out from another reputable shop 4 months later they did not either install it properly or used the incorrect part. I drove on the axle on the interstate at 70 MPH unaware it was unsafe. The axle was not even connected properly to the bushing and the spline was exposed over an inch. Also, the main mechanic told me it was safe and only wanted to argue. The manager of this location also said they are corporate owned and would not give me the name of his boss. He was also rude and disrespectful. He said, just call the corporate office. I also was charged for a diagnosis fee for close to a $100 that was not accurate. The mechanic said I had no compression on cylinder 1 and checked it with holding his hand over it. Really? The reputable shop actually ran a true compression test and said the cylinder still had compression. Be very aware of these guys. Express Oil was good back years ago, but ever since they became a big company, greed and lies have set in. I wouldn't trust them to change oil in my lawnmower now. I may file a complaint on them with BBB, Alabama Secretary of State and talk to my attorney. They won't even call you back when you call their corporate office and file a complaint.
